From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! So much fun working with Debbie and picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. Jerry was the Supervisor and always kept me updated on what to expect when. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail made this project easy and painless. I would recommend the Legacy Team for any of your remodel projects. You won't be disappointed.

ABA remodeled my home - kitchen, baths, new flooring, raised kitchen ceiling, rerouted HVAC, new windows and doors plus more. It has been transformed into a tranquil and beautiful space! Joe's attention to detail such as tile baseboards in the bathroom, granite window sill in the kitchen, and tiling the complete area before installing cabinets and closet doors are some of the small details that make this home stand out. Several people have commented that my home feels very open and peaceful and it's only 1200 square feet! I can't decide which is my favorite - my zero threshold shower or the large wall of windows in the living room. Joe kept me informed of next steps and when the unexpected happened, his crew was ready with a solution. The demo/tile crew impressed me so much! He always used his level as he laid the floor out in a herringbone pattern. Check out the before and after pics! They speak for themselves.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

I obtained three price quotes to replace my laminate countertop. XLT not only gave me a great price, but were also professional, friendly, courteous and competent. They completed the work on schedule and did an excellent job. I had an existing laminate backsplash with tile above and they were able to remove the old countertop without damaging the existing tile. I am so delighted with XLT. The installers were amazing, as well. Hire them! You will be so happy you did.

Alex is very personable, he did a very nice job on my kitchen backsplash. When he was finished, he made sure that the kitchen was clean. I would use his service again.

I left a message regarding an inquiry to build out an ADU in my back yard with a receptionist. Even though Scott's company is limited to the East Valley, he gave me a call back explaining that he could not work in Glendale because it would be cost prohibitive to do so. Regardless of a logistics problem he called me back to inform me of this and answered a ton of questions regarding my endeavor, even though he knew he could not receive my business. There are not that many people these days that would spend time and call you back, this shows his integrity in business. Again, thanks for answering my basic questions and the referral Scott.

After we bought our first house in Scottsdale, we wanted to work with a home remodeling company that is an expert and they can cover all aspects of what we want in order to renovate the place and make it more modern. We knew there was many options and one of them was Luxury Remodels Company. Although they were quite expensive, we ended up hiring them for the project. Working with their team (Big thanks to Becky and Dave) was an incredible experience, and we knew we had made the right choice for our home. They were very meticulous in the process of design and selections, as well as we were kept well informed thru the entire construction time as our home was being transformed. We love the final results and will continue to refer this company.

We selected Retro Pro for a major remodel project (kitchen, 3 bathrooms, wall/slider to the outside, and whole house flooring) after getting quotes from 4 different companies. We went with them because of Eric's vision after he heard what we were trying to accomplish, the time and energy he and Angela spent on us just to get an initial quote, and the trust and respect instilled in those first couple of meetings. Our gut was spot on! This huge project was such a good experience with Eric, Angela, Steve, Omar, and the rest of the staff! Their communication throughout the project was phenomenal; stayed in constant contact for progress and questions, we were never left hanging or wondering, and Eric was always in tune to any hesitations or requests we had. Angela learned what style we like, and helped design our project beautifully. They really listened to what we wanted, and designed it so. Everyone was very respectful when they were in our home, the work was always clean. The skill and quality of their work and products are top of the line!!! True craftsmanship! They make sure it's perfect and guarantee it to last. We are so pleased and have since used them for new windows and some other projects in other areas of our house. Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
