Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Found our new plumbing company! We had a gas line installed for a pool heater. From start to finish there was excellent communication from the owner. The crew was professional, courteous and respectful. They worked extremely fast and cleaned up nicely afterwards. A pleasant experience altogether. We will definitely continue to use Amigo Rooter & Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

Q Perez came to do my annual heating check up through your Sadie Guard Dog program. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very personable. As I am recovering from surgery and less than mobile, I appreciate how hè was very accommodating about my situation. The total bill today came to $0.00 because of the super Sadie membership! We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. The guys from the company walked me through everything they were doing and they genuinely cared about doing business with us. Summer's coming back to Phoenix pretty soon and if you're considering repairing or replacing your current HVAC unit I encourage you to call on Alien Air Conditioning to take care of it.

I called in the morning, had someone out within 6 hours. They were running a bit behind, only 45 minutes outside of the previously given window. The technician was kind & efficient, didn’t have the right plate so he went to go pick one up. The whole service took maybe 40 minutes at most.I just can’t believe I spent over $400 for one light switch to be replaced. Other than the cost, the service & efficiency was great!

Peter repaired our washer valves and discovered a leak that presented wet dry wall behind the washer area that also was leaking into the guest bedroom and garage. He recommended a restoration company to take care of the situation and he called them. Rocky Mountain Restoration came within an hour and they were outstanding. Thankfully it was caught soon.The company should be proud of this gentleman for his skill and knowledge. If you're in the West Valley, ask for Peter, you can't go wrong!

Inspection went great. On time and explained issues.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
