Best Tile Work Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I decided to have a Kohler Walk-In Bath installed for my wife as I knew she would physically benefit. She uses it now at least every other day if not everyday!
My thanks to the installation crew...Matthew (lead), Seth (asst), Daniel (electrical) and Erik (plumber). You guys were great to work with and communicated very well as well as did quality work.

Tommy and Chris were amazing install techs. They were very clear on what was going on and how the process was going to work from start to finish. Some of the most professional and thoughtful techs I have ever worked with. When they left everything was spotless and dusted. The guys who worked in my house were lazy. My stall shower needed a sub floor redo and they said it was fine. I should have tested it myself before they left as the water forms a large puddle and I have to push it toward the drain. I would have called but it took almost a year and a half to finally get them out to do our jobs. Dreamstyle didn't return calls and it was a horrible frustrating experience for a lot of money!!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Small bathroom updated - old tub ripped out, new walk-in shower installed. It Installed a new vanity and a new floor. Professional workers, on time to begin and finish on time as well. I will recommend it to others.

Crafted is a great company, with wonderful people, who do fantastic work. I would highly recommend them...plus Julie is amazing and I always enjoy working with her!

Sunset Tile & Bath Have completed 3 relatively major upgrades for our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area since 2017.. most recently this January. They have always been on time, giving prior notice on arrival. and have always done a first-rate job being mindful of cleanliness and being responsive to our requests. Of particular note is Audra Lamb, who has alway delivered on commitments and has offered valuable counsel for our projects. Also needing special recognition is Cesar Lopez, a true craftsman who takes emense pride in his work and is truly a perfectionist in everything he does.

Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. As a single Mom on a tight budget I looked into several options for our bathroom remodel and found everything I needed with Holtzman's Home Improvement. I love that it is a family owned, family operated business. Brandon was excellent in communication throughout the entire process. I had these guy stucco the entire exterior of my house. They were extremely professional and thorough from the initial quote, to the final payment and completion of the job. They were on time or ahead of schedule every step of the way and they did an exceptional job. My house looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier and recommend them anyone who needs quality work done on their home.

Met with this company at the Home & Garden show on a Sunday and scheduled a consultation/estimate for Thursday that same week. Received a call on Wednesday saying they wouldn't be able to make it for Thursday and then rescheduled for the following Monday at 9am. They ended-up no-showing. No call. No email. No follow up. Never heard back from these people, which is a good thing because if there work is anything like their communication, it would have been a waste of time and money with the end result. I would never trust this company to do anything with my home considering how unprofessional they are.

The crew was very dedicated and hardworking yet down to earth. They kept the project on track and made sure there was no inconvenience. Hats off to the hard work.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. My project was finished and it looks so good my neighbors can't even tell the previous damage happened. Thank you.
