Best House Renovation in Phoenix AZ

Amazing experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling. We bought a home and needed to have it completely remodeled. We remodeled the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, knocked thru 2 walls to add pass thrus, added a huge linen closet and turned empty space into a closet. We got multiple quotes and PHR was not only most professional but their prices were reasonable. Jake was an amazing first contact. He had great ideas and having had years of contract experience he knew what was possible. I told them about my timeline and they were so accommodating to get it done on time. They were excellent at communication and ensuring things were done the way we liked and giving suggestions along the way. Their work was top notch! They did the little detail oriented things and it is so appreciated. The end result was absolutely perfect! Ben was an incredible project manager. Mark, Aaron, Steve, Brandon, Garon were all incredibly skilled, detailed, accommodating, courteous, professional and timely! I can't say enough good things about this company! You will not be disappointed if you hire them!

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Three years ago, Sunset installed a new tile shower enclosure in our master bathroom. It turned out beautifully so of course we used them a second time in December to also remodel the guest bathroom. They installed a tile enclosure with a new bathtub, as well as replaced counter tops and sinks in both bathrooms. Again, we are extremely pleased with the final outcome and would definitely recommend them.

Todd Whittaker Drywall did an exceptional job on our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. TWD provided design, demo and remodel work and all work was professionally done and completed on time. The employees were friendly and kept us updated on progress of the work and answered all our questions during the work. Will definitely use them for future work. We would recommend TWD for any remodel work.

Working with Maxum Design and Construction has been great. When I was worried my rain shower was not high enough Taylor and John came out within a half hour to discuss. Great response! Designs are awesome! ADA compatible; I have MS. I love the quality execution by construction crew led by James.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! The project was completed on time and within our budget. So far, we have gotten so many compliments from family and friends. We highly recommend Ben and his team. Thank you Ben!!

We made an appointment for the estimate on a Friday . Had to call to see why the had shown up. They never scheduled my estimate ! Don’t waste your time like I did and call someone else.

A slow leak in our kitchen turned into an unexpected full remodel, with new cabinets, quartz, etc. We were referred to Diamond Kitchen & Bath by good friends and are very grateful for their referral--much less our great experience thus far.

Mike Johnson and his team are most knowledgeable, professional, competent, and friendly too. Mike's extensive experience, attention to detail, and also his many various suggestions will be put to great use once our new kitchen is complete.

In such an unexpected situation, comparison/price shopping was not possible. In addition to all that Mike and Diamond offer, their pricing is ultra-competitive as well. We highly recommend Diamond.

Veny went out of his way to bring me samples on the day that I took my mother to her eye appointment. He actually met me in the parking lot. Now that’s service!!!!
My first choice of quartz was no longer available so he found another sample that was perfect.

It's my honest opinion that this company should not hold a contractors license. Everything that could go wrong with our job did. They took our money and did not order materials for us like they said they were going to do. They underestimated the job to get us to sign the contract and then came back for job change orders throughout the construction. This is after we explained to the project consultant exactly what we wanted at the start of the process. We endured months of lies and lip service and are now dealing with the Registrar of Contractors and had to hire an attorney to help us fix their (Legacy's) many wrongs. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They will steal your money and A LOT of your time!! What was supposed to be a 3 month job is now nearing 1 year! Please look elsewhere for a contractor!

Robert and Ana of West Haven Builders were wonderful to work with. We had a limited budget to repair damage from mold in our rental unit. They were more than happy to give us a line item estimate so that we could see the cost of each part of the total project. Robert had creative solutions that helped us cut costs . When we received the final bill, some of our items came in under the original estimate and we were charged the lower price. Robert and Ana were always on time and always kept us updated on their progress. We highly recommend West Haven Builders LLC for all construction projects. We will definitely use them again.

The crew did such a great job putting in a new vanity and vinyl flooring that we decided to replace all the flooring in our 30 year old mobile home and redo the second bathroom as well. Tim was so nice, very professional and such a pleasure to work with. The cost was very really reasonable and the job was completed on schedule. We will definitely be calling them again for all of our future home repairs.

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.

I tried to call for some advice, and was greeted with, You know what? We are in a meeting now. You'll have to call back. So condescending. Good luck with that approach.
