Best Custom Glass Shower Door in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. Thanks John for everything you've done.

Derek and his crew gutted our master bath and installed our new barrier free enlarged shower. Derek made the process seamless and kept us informed of the entire process. Dereks crew was delightful and the details were spot on. Can’t go wrong with Aqua Therapy Tubs.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Todd Whittaker Drywall did a small remodel In our master bedroom, and from the day Todd came out to talk to us about the project, we felt very comfortable using his company to schedule the work. The estimate was fair and timely even though we had a couple of change orders. We can't say enough about his staff who worked relentlessly from the time they arrived to the time their day was finished. Their cleanup was exceptional! Our project was completed on time based on their original estimated work days. We are very pleased with the finished project, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. I ordered my counter tops from AZ Granite for a house we remodeled. They provided all countertops for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Excellent service, very professional and most importantly installed in a timely manner. The counters came out beautifully! I will definitely use them for our next project.

Very pleasant experience. Re-bath is very considerate of veterans and offers incentives. I had a complete shower and bathtub replacement. The individual installing it was exceptional. Six months after the installation, I had one problem with the mixing valve. It was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in upgrading their shower and bathtub.

I highly recommend Rhino Construction and was so fortunate to find them! I chose them to restore my bathroom after significant plumbing work 4’ down due to root intrusion. Their tile work is so meticulous and techs very polite and respectful! Jacqueline is very sweet and always texted me to advise exactly who would be arriving and when. They were always on time. Best of all, we know things don’t always go perfectly, but owner Everardo was ALWAYS available to his techs and also me. I would 100% hire Rhino again as they are doing things right and actually care about their customer.

We remodeled our Master Bath using XLT Construction; they did a fantastic job, started on time, finished ahead of time, and was very reasonable on price! Everyone that came into our home was very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we highly recommend XLT Construction!

We absolutely love our new Master Bath! AZ New Bath was great to work with - We called for an estimate back in April and Colt came out that week to go over everything with us. Evelyn stayed in contact with us throughout the process as well to keep us in the loop on when the project would begin and when ordering everything. Demo started in late June and everything was completely done by late July!

Chris was the lead foreman and was excellent also! He was sure to check in with us to make sure we were happy with fixtures and details throughout installation.

Retro Pro did an AMAZING job with our bathroom remodel! Could not be happier with how everything turned out; the attention to detail, the design tips, the extra little touches, like having rounded edges on the shower walls/corners - all of it adds up to a spectacular remodel.

Eric and Angela did a great job helping us step-by-step through the process, beginning to end, and Max and Junior did a fantastic job on the remodel itself (as did the rest of the project team). They'd let me know when they were coming over every day and would show me progress made, answer my (many) questions, and kept in touch with us while we were out of town as well. You'd think having people in your house day after day tearing out walls and what not might be challenging or disrupting to your normal schedule, but it wasn't - and that's really due to Max and Junior, such great guys who made the process easy and fun. We highly recommend Retro Pro and will certainly be using them again in the future!

Jerry and his team have always taken great care of all the customers that our team at The Tile Shop Tempe send his way. They take all the stress out of the remodeling process! We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.
