Derek is great! His pricing is fair and very competitive. He started and completed the job when he said he would. I had steel rails installed in two nathrooms for my senior mother over 4 years ago, and they are still in perfect condition. He also installed can lighting throughout my home. I always recommend Derek because of his professionalism and transparency when quoting services.

Holtzman just finished a second bedroom remodeled for a Make A Wish kid, not only did they do a beautiful top-quality work, but they also donated all of the parts and labor, all of their staff and crew put their hearts and souls on this project. We searched several individuals and companies to find TWD had a price that seemed more reasonable than others. Additionally, both Maria, who did all of the drywall repairs, some being rather tricky, and Javier, who did the painting, were sensational. They came on time, called beforehand, were respectful of the property and did a stellar job on everything! We could not be more pleased. When I called to ask for Maria for the 4th day in a row and learned that someone else was coming, I requested Maria remain as she knew exactly what was left to do: I was listened to! Met with this company at the Home & Garden show on a Sunday and scheduled a consultation/estimate for Thursday that same week. Received a call on Wednesday saying they wouldn't be able to make it for Thursday and then rescheduled for the following Monday at 9am. They ended-up no-showing. No call. No email. No follow up. Never heard back from these people, which is a good thing because if there work is anything like their communication, it would have been a waste of time and money with the end result. I would never trust this company to do anything with my home considering how unprofessional they are.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Colton is very comfortable to work with and very flexible to accomodate what I needed. He has a very good design sense as well which I needed. I will be doing business with him again for sure!

From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

The Remodel store is a local company that we didn’t even know about until we attended a neighborhood fair. They transformed my shower. Georgina and Sam were professional and easy to work with. I didn’t feel like they overcharged me. We had some minor issues but we were sure to let them know right away. They were quick to take action to remediate the situation and also didn’t hesitate to apologize when necessary.

Very impressed with the service and quality of our tub & shower stall refinishing. You guys really exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend it!

We used West Haven Builders to remodel and update our home. Robert and his wife Ana were professional, responsive, honest, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. Robert is incredibly talented and does impeccable work. He is easy to have in your home and neat. Their prices are competitive and their work is second to none. It is rare to be wowed anymore and we were wowed! We will definitely use West Haven for any and all projects going forward.

After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, we choose to work with Paul and Neoteric Builders. Paul presented us with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us.

When we were initially looking for a kitchen designer we thought we wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, we quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. Paul met with us at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with us more if we had asked him to). Paul was also always willing to give us his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide us as needed.

Shane is hands down amazing. After submitting an online inquiry he called within a few hours and came to quote the work I wanted to have done within a week of our initial conversation. He was prompt with his quote and was able to squeeze in one of the smaller jobs (tile backsplash) I wanted to do even quicker than I thought he would be able to. He arrived on time and finished the job and it truly looks amazing. This is the best contractor interaction and remodeling work I’ve seen and been a part of. And I work in the design profession so that says quite a bit. Would recommend Orange Cactus and already have.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Blake and his crew are absolutely great. They went above and beyond to complete our job on time and perfect.

Everardo, Jose and the entire crew at Rhino Construction, and subcontractors for specific jobs, have our highest recommendation. Last year they helped us repair our interiors, kitchen and full bathroom reno after flooding and mold remediation so this year we enlisted them in an entire backyard project. With nothing but dirt, rotting overhang and broken cement patio they did everything, from demo and shed moving to adding a sliding glass door (and other doors and window), pavers, landscaping, grass, roof, trim, gutters and exterior and interior prep and painting. They also added the tile to the inground spa we had installed. Their techs got everything done with excellent work and on our time frame. But the best part is they work with you and as your project evolves they adjust with you, and can also help solve problems with older houses and make recommendations as needed. I was able to work with businesses of my choice to pick the hardscape, detail tiles and plant materials to design all aspects of the project to our aesthetics and budget. Rhino picked up and installed things as we wanted them to be and always cleaned up completely. It turned out better than we had hoped and they are our go to company for all our home improvement and repair needs!

Disappointed in the level of customer service. I wanted to purchase a remnant from them. The sales associate I had worked with said to text him the picture of the slab I wanted to buy and he’d let me know if it was available. This was Thursday morning. It took him until Sunday night at 11:40pm to respond. Very unprofessional. See attached screenshot. Curious how he discovered at 11:40pm on a Sunday night that they no longer have any remnants.

The workmanship was poor, the cost was high, refused to take instruction, left work half done, put holes in ceiling then slapped on a plastic plate & covered with speckling, put in a sub sized bathtub that the bearded guy adamantly refused to seal, destroyed sketched design of tile, left roof unsealed and jacked up the price 26% during the construction. I wouldn’t recommend paying more than half of their bid, if you choose to hire them.
