I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

The Workers were amazing. They finished this large two story Roofing installation in 5 days. The workers were always on time and cleaned up each day. The Price charged beat all the bidders. 30 year warranty with 15 year workmanship could not be matched. If you need a new roof, call them for a free inspection and estimate. You will be glad you did. Did a roof for my business and did an amazing job. Super glad I chose a local business instead of a giant conglomerate because the personal attention jim gave to the job was worth every penny.

My husband and I spoke with Ray and at first were very pleased. we were going to install a giant sliding glass door in our new home. we learned after we put down $5000 that he was just a salesman. He misused our funds by hiring an engineer first before even pulling the plans from the city. He miscommunicated to the engineer what we wanted and completely misquoted. He kept saying we didn't have a post-tension slab when we told him multiple times that we did. We kept getting told yeah, that's what I've said after we corrected him on multiple things: he originally recommended the complete opposite (i.e. drilling into the foundation on a known post-tension slab). Misuse of funds entirely, didn't send us the correct refund amount, and disregarded what we wanted/our budget. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough. I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley. Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work. I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.

ARB is a great company .They did my tenant improvement and very affordable . ARB also does home remodeling as well as roofing and repair . I suggest you give them a call . You will save money .

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. Used Centrik to replace my entire roof, they replaced plywood, skylight, brought vents to code and the tile installation was first class- best roof in the neighborhood- family run company - they care about quality and their reputation!

I Had my new roof installed in March and it looks nice and all but we had some rain this week, unfortunately i had a roof leak around my A/c unit and leaked into my bathrooms light fixture (Electrical?) caused minor drywall damage but could of been worst if i hadnt put a plastic linear on the roof, I contacted the warranty department and they said someone will call me to schedule a visit, it's been a week and nobody has called or showed up. I'm young and well I did what I had to do to keep it from becoming a bigger problem but it's upsetting to see Prowest doesn't own up to fix a problem.

GPS Remodeling did me a great job within my means and that has been truly beneficial for me. I was utterly confused to think if it is at all possible to have room addition within my budget. But, they made it possible. Their cooperative team has been truly friendly to me and they made the most of the project.
