Horrible, nobody ever answers. Any issues we need solved they brush off. When they make a mistake they don't fix it, they wait until the next day to deliver windshields. Overall a horrible experience even though I was promised we would be taken care of when ordering from them.

I used Elevate Auto Glass to replace a windshield and a side window. They were the best deal I found and their service was top notch! The process was easy and my rebate was really nice! I would recommend them for any auto glass replacement or repair you need. You can’t go wrong with Elevate!

This team has served us for the past three years with outstanding responsiveness, accommodation, quality and installations... at wonderful prices. We are installing white wood plantation shutters. They measured my whole house, (5,000 sf) and we agreed to my ordering, as I could. I added a few windows along the way, (it was easy to miss ones I wanted in the first round); they come again, free, and repeat. The shutters are gorgeous, perfect match to my woodwork and they even did a custom patio door with bifolds that rest on the wall, not in the 'room'. I appreciate them more than they may know. Call them... (it may take a day or two to hear back ) and they will come and make your home beautiful, too. (We still have the entire upstairs to go.... so glad to have them.)

We had an incident with my son over the weekend (Saturday) where he busted our sliding glass door. Dwayne answered my call over the busy weekend, got the glass sliding door, replaced it by Monday morning. Needless to say I am impressed at the timely manner my issue was addressed and fixed. The best part is they gave me the best price in town.

Heath returned my call and she was somewhat rude and hung up on me. She didn't understand that I called through video relay service which meant a little lapse in time between us. I would highly recommend Sonora Glass to anyone! They provided emergency window replacement service on a Friday night after hours. They fabricated and installed a custom sized dual pane window within a period of 2 hours. On top of the great service, the price was fantastic. Thanks!

Terrible service, terrible workers, Terrible office people. Product brought to home had warped doors, wrong sizes and stuck louvers that won’t open. Several visits and never done right. Forgot panels needed. Never on time and we’re very dissatisfied with entire job! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Had my front windshield replaced, they came to my to my job to install, windshield started leaking causing my double din Cd player to never work again from water damage..... I would never go here ever!!
