I had a mirror come crashing off the wall in my hall bathroom one night and there was shattered mirror all over the bathroom and the hall outside the door. Dylan and Derek came and cleaned up the whole mess, measured for a new mirror, and the next week were here to install! I couldn't have had a better experience from the moment I called your office until the job was completed. To find a company that does what they say they will, when they say they will and have super customer service to boot is extremely rare these days!

I reached out to Valley Wide after I had a small window pane break at my house. It was a small 9in x 14in piece of glass that needed replacing. I called another company before speaking with Valley Wide. The other company quoted me $349.95! FOR A 9IN X 14IN PIECE OF GLASS! I was offended by that price. Valley Wide told me they would cut it for me, give it to me, and explain to me what I needed to do to install it, FOR FREE!!! And they came through! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, their customer service is 2nd to none! Thank u Valley Wide!

Impressive. Our installers were on time, diligent and courteous. The product is truly superior and high end. We looked for replacement windows for a long time and I felt let down with the high maintenance of wood and cheapness of vinyl. Aluminum was what I thought was the most sturdy and effective but with the heat transference, that was problematic. Enter GLASS FIBER extrusion.

Opt for the Awning and or Casement upgrade which is WELL WORTH it! We used to have a slider with the center post and thought none the less of it until Greg the owner explained to us how the awning would transform the view and it did!! Could not be happier.

On the inside it is as if there was no cutting or installation done other than the new windows and outside was far less cutting onto existing stucco than I'd anticipated. Very clean and professional look.

Lastly price. Well... you get what you pay for right? BUT!! The price was less than I'd expected so my wife and I could not be more happy.

As a consumer we all try to get the most out of the dollars we invest and hope to garner more value than the price paid. Most of the time companies fall short but these guys have exceeded our expectations.

Freelite did an outstanding job at our home; we needed more light in the study; they came out to assess the situation and together the decided on the size and the location. This also necessitated some roof work (this was a flat roof). Their subcontractors were each efficient, pleasant, and diligent. The job was accomplished quickly and well and we couldn't be more happy.

We couldn't be happier! The experience from start to finish was superb. The salesman that came to the house was knowledgable and not pushy. He was able to answer all of our questions and supply a final cost on the spot! The wait time while the windows were made was a bit long but appently they had hit a very busy time.... Summer in Arizona, not too surprising. The salesman was correct, the Windows were ready for install almost exactly 8 weeks to the day. The install tech, Aaron called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was extremely professional young man who clearly took pride in the job he was doing. He made sure that each of the techs competed the job to very high standards. He took the time to walk to each and every new window and ensure we were happy with the product and the installation. My home was left neat with each window washed and sparkling! I would highly recommend.

We had a new home built with Lennar. They are the ones who hired this company. We had to have repairs done to our shower so they had to come out and take off the glass doors and reinstall them. They have not showed up twice now to reinstall the shower doors. We have been without our master shower for over a week. They don’t call to let you know they can’t make it or to reschedule. What a nightmare they are. I will say that the tech that comes out has always been pleasant but I would not hire them because of their poor time management and inability to let people know they can’t make it out.

Jesse and Trevor were amazing from arrival to departure. Friendly, informative, amazing workers and informed us of so much along the process. We will definitely refer friends and family to Renewal by Andersen.

Additional information added to my review four months later………I called for service due to the corners in several of the new windows did not match up and sent photos of the light coming through the space. I was basically brushed off. After a couple of storms with winds whistling through the windows I called and someone was sent. The only thing they found wrong around the windows were those corners I had contacted about the day after installation. The man caulked them and the next storm we had no wind whistling. I don’t know if I was brushed off due to being a woman or because I had paid in full at time ordered but in any case I didn’t feel good about it. I do love my windows though now that they are fixed properly and liver the lower electric bill, dust and noise levels from outside. Due to the issue with the. Orders I changed my five star initial rating to three.

Matthew did a great job, he showed up early and finished quick. He also verbally and texted instructions after he was done which I found really helpful!

We had new shower doors put in 3 bathrooms. Phil showed up when he said he would, did a fantastic job and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. Very professional company. I will be referring them to all of my friends and family.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

Illumination co installed a folding patio door as well as two sets of French doors for me as part of our remodel. I can’t say enough about how easy the process was. The crew was always on time! (This is so important to me, I do not have time sitting around for people to show up), they were all friendly and cleaned up after the job was done.
The doors are amazing! I wasn’t too sure about the style we choose but Josh in the showroom was right! We are very happy. The best part of all this is illumination wasn’t the highest quote so we really feel like we felt w a local, professional and honest group. Thanks guys!
