After having consistent issues with our 20yr old windows we decided replacing was the only option. We had several contractors provide quotes and decided to move forward with Freelite. Our decision turned out to be the right one. My wife and I are beyond happy with the quality of work and product recommended!

They got the materials lined up promptly and helped us choose a color that was available and attractive on our house. The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

I just wanted to say that my experience with Imperial Windows was great from beginning to end. Ken came out and gave us a very competitive quote, and answered any questions that we had. John the owner was very responsive and accommodating of our schedule. And our installer Philip was wonderful. He was fast and efficient in installing our windows, much faster than I thought he'd be able to do it. Phil and his helper went above and beyond, cleaning our windows to a spotless shine, as well as putting up our brackets for our blinds, and taking care of all the little details. And at the end of the day, our windows look fantastic, as well as being much more efficient than our old ones. Our house already feels much cooler and the windows function great. I would definitely recommend Imperial Windows if anyone is looking to upgrade their home!

They are ok for replacement windows. Some of the windows were poorly installed. Update they came and fixed the windows. Still, one leaks so bad its starting to ruin the wood ledge. Contact Frances on july 15th sent her a e mail of the damage never contacted me back. I called her back 10 days later said she call back at mid day and never heard from her. save your money and go somewhere else. Funny thing is when they came to fix the window the first time they blamed the bad install on a guy who doesn't work for the company anymore. So from 3 star to 1 star. Another update had a guy come in and say all the windows were not squared in and have to be taken out and readjusted, and the windows were not even attached to the house. After 2 years, the window still leaks. When my wife noticed the leak, the caulk was mixed in with the water. Our 4-month-old puppy began to drink the water.

Sevy and his team at A Pro Windows and Doors have again done a great job sealing my doors and windows at home. When others wanted to sell me new windows, he was honest, explained the problem, and fixed the problems quickly and inexpensively. I have used Sevy's services many times over the years and have never had a problem whether it was my house or my commercial building, or my RV. I have not found a problem that he couldn't handle. Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.

Met Mike at the home show, had two windows installed by Windowz4less before March of this year. Absolutely the best windows and customer service. Expert installation, highly professional, couldn't be happier with the experience. Pricing great as well. We plan to have more of our windows replaced in the future and will definitely use Windowz4less again. Highly recommend.

Paid for windows but they won’t install. Business has gone under and fighting in court right now.
