Our salesman Jim was fantastic. No pressure, just knowledgeable and professional. The installation was smooth and on time. We had to have a window replaced and Mike was great, so professional and customer service centered. I highly recommend Desert King!

I recently had AZ Valley Windows install some new windows at my home. The original builder had skimped and went with really cheap windows. AZ valley windows was able to provide me much better quality windows at a very affordable price! Upon installation, the windows looked great and drastically improved the look of the house, both inside and outside! The installation crew was also very professional and courteous and they did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves!

I would absolutely use these guys again and will also use them for kitchen cabinet refacing later down the road. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. After calling around to get some quotes and advice since I know nothing about windows and glass, the reps at Freelite were the only ones that were genuine and patient with me by being willing to help me through my dumb questions and even go out of their way to educate me based on what would work best for my specific home and style, all while actually giving me the most competitive price around! I worked with Tony who I couldn't recommend enough. It's clear he takes pride in his work and provides a great service making sure you are 110% happy. We had about 10 windows replaced and 2 sliding glass doors and they were able to complete it faster than expected and with great communication and coordination, and no surprise hidden costs or any bs at the end. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. Thank you again so much Freelite for making this so easy, I've never appreciated glass and windows so much!

The best place I ever visited everybody was kind and it was great price on the shower closures

I just need a couple of pieces of glass cut with finished edges for two nightstands. Not many places do these small jobs anymore.I tried Best Glass and they were super accommodating, pleasant and friendly.When I went to pick up my glass the office staff was helpful and the guy from the shop carried the glass out and placed it in my car.I imagine I would get the same treatment if I just bought a house full of windows and mirrors.They live up to their name!

I recently remodeled our master bathroom. I called several companies to get quotes for the shower glass enclosure. Phil is the only one who came to the house to assess the job and give a quote. Others wanted 1/2 down to show up or I had to go visit their showroom. Phil's prices were reasonable compared to other companies with quotes I got over the phone. Phil is an Army Vet and I'm a Navy Vet. It's his personality, respect, other positive reviews and veteran status as to why I chose Stellar Glass. Phil came out and explained what would work given the small size of the bathroom. The new glass from the manufacture, a local company, had some defects originally and Phil rejected it. He called me to explain what happened vs. just installing it and moving on. He always kept me abreast of the status. Phil also found a towel bar that matched the look and feel of the bathroom which was important. He worked with me on the install date and time since I work 5 days a week. He was kind, courteous and provided excellent service. The completed project exceeded my expectations.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

We had an exceptional experience with Patriot Sun Control and would highly recommend them! We received a violation from our HOA for missing 1 sun screen on a front facing window. After calling several different companies, Patriot Sun Control was the first to return our call (while some others never did). At the time, we were only interested purchasing 1 sun screen, in which many companies refused the business because of only needing one.

After speaking with Lisa, whom was friendly, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable (I even made a friend that day), she scheduled for DJ to come measure. DJ showed up on time as promised and he was also friendly, professional and certainly knows the business. While he was here, I had him measure for multiple windows in the back of my home which were also missing sun shades, to obtain an estimate for the future.

The estimates we obtained were such a fair price that we decided to hire them to do all the work. That’s where these other companies who refused or never called back, made their mistake and lost business.

We were given an estimate of when we could expect installation, and DJ was upfront and honest that they were about 3 weeks out. With it being a busy time of year for needing sun screens, I understood and appreciated his honestly so we scheduled installation. The install happened when promised also and DJ and his installer Zach worked efficiently, quickly and did a stellar job!

The next day I felt an immediate and welcomed cooler temperature change in my home. Never having new sun screens before, it made us realize the shades on our upstairs master balcony were worn which explains why that room is so hot and also bright in the morning and afternoon (it faces West). I called Patriot Sun Control back to get an estimate to replace the slider door and flat panel. Once again, they showed up when promised, were friendly, professional and provided such a reasonable estimate that I hired them again today for the master slider door.

I cannot rave enough about this company! I feel so grateful to have found them and that they were so willing to work with me for my multiple situations! We are so happy with our new sun screens (they do other various screens/shades/enclosures as well) and we would highly recommend them and would hire them again in a second, should we need any future shading needs. This company is a gem! Exceptional job DJ, Lisa and crew! Thank you we appreciate your hard work and support family owned businesses!
