Best Mirror Cutting in Phoenix AZ

This company is very responsive, my problem is they replaced some broken windowsills and didn't replace the rubber weather stripping. The tech just left it hanging loose so that the window looked like it was falling apart. I called the company to complain and they said that they didn't have replacement weather stripping because the window was to old and usually they apply a silicone beading to the old weather strips but the tech didn't have any silicone so he just left it hanging very loose like that. My problem is that this tech obviously doesn't take pride in his work and now has to make a second trip out to my property to finish the job properly because leaving it the way he did was not proper. PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW

UPDATE: The very day I posted my review I was contacted by True View Windows and they were concerned enough to fix the issue. I have now changed my review to 5 stars because being in the customer service industry myself I understand how important it is to correct my opinions especially when it involves companies that care. I am now a very satisfied customer. Is this not the kind of companies you want to do business with????

Dwayne is extremely responsible. He called back within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for that week. On time. Repaired doors. Great job. Very pleased with the outcome.

Highly recommend Valleywide Glass! My sliding glass door was getting stuck and became a huge pain to open and close. Valleywide Glass was efficient, quick, and very professional! Will definitely use them again in the future.

They were not at all the least bit helpful or friendly, more so condescending and pompous. If being rude to customers gets you by, give em your business.
