Adam came out and completed the installation of my broken window. He is AWESOME! He was professional and finished in a timely manner and left my floor cleaner than it was when he arrived. He even took a minute to play fetch with my Shih Tzu, who also loves him. Everything about the entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Everyone I had contact with has polite and went out of their way to assist me. I would highly recommend this company, and will not hesitate to use them again.

Window quality was excellent. Installation good. We knew there would be stucco repair, which was included in the total cost, but the repair was obvious and less than satisfactory.
UPDATE - 6/7/21: Greg Johnson contacted us immediately and sent one of his supervisor employees to correct the previous stucco repairs. The final result is exactly what we had expected: top notch work and the repair is no longer visible.

I cannot express how happy I was with the quality of work they provided. The final product was installed with great care and turned out really nice. Four stars!!

Bought these windows and we love then. They look fantastic and they work as advertised to cut down the heat. The install team was super and work was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this company for windows . Our install lead was Cliff, he and his crew are well worth requesting for your job. Outstanding job by all.

Great experience from start to finish. Best price quote for an out of pocket windshield replacement. 4 days later I ended up with a minor chip in my window driving on the i17 (inevitable) They had a technician out in two days to repair the chip and it's barely noticeable, looks like a small watermark now. Great service, will use them in the future and recommend.

The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof. They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day. Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively. Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.

Be careful if you hire this company. Just don’t share any insurance information with him, he will demand some extra proceeds that was issued to you from the claim . Mr Pachner just FYI my comments were not about workmanship but the way you handled things. You contracted a solar company directly on your own, when the solar company ruined the entire system, I contacted you to get involved and help me out, but you didn’t, you refused to help stating that you never received anything, text or email, blaming it on connection problem, but your assistant Neil called me back saying that you would call me in the afternoon, but you never did. I only heard from you 3 months later asking for the balance. Sorry, but you don’t do business this way.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Ross arrived on time. He did some troubleshooting of the light panel recessed over the bathroom sink. He replaced the lighting panel which had a faulty ballast. He also installed a new door to the back yard. He was very easy to work with. We picked out the light fixture at Home Depot. He then installed it. Then Ross installed the new door and lock set. All of his work was top notch. I am pleased that I called Phoenix Handyman Connection.

Chris and Alex were very responsive to our needs for a small roof repair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of any work on the roof. Large or small.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
