Our parents had a home built in Rio Rico Arizona and the builder did spotty foundation work. Years later the walls and floors were cracking. Of course the builder was no where to be found. So much for the warranty. We hired AZ foundation to assess the damage.. Brian Guthrie went in and gave an honest assessment of repairs. We were of course shocked to see how the builder got away with such spotty work in the first place. AZ foundation was straight forward and honest. They proceeded to do clean quality repairs. They detailed the work that was needed and showed us were the lack of footings caused the damaged. All could have been prevented by a quality build. We would definetly recommend AZ foundation to anyone needing home repairs.

We are very impressed by the the foundation repair Ram Jack performed at our home. Tim Schirra is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions throughout each stage of the project and put us at ease. Dianna Taylor was a pleasure to speak with. She kept us informed while waiting for the city to issue the permit and scheduled each phase of the project when it was convenient for us. Each crew did a fantastic job – the work ethic, professionalism and communication of was amazing! The Pier crew’s Foreman, Victor Carrillo, demonstrated excellent leadership skills, kept his crew on task, ensured quality and kept us informed during the process. His crew, Robert Gonzales, Joshua Morfin, Jayquan Ahumada and Angle Romo worked very hard and their workmanship gave us confidence that our home was in good hands. The Poly Crew, Jeremy Bustos and Ernest Young did a wonderful job. They were very professional and completed their work quickly without us needing to move our (very large) bed. The Stem Wall Crew, David Bickers and Micha Spivey, did an incredible job – our stem walls look brand new, which exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Ram Jack of Arizona!

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!
