Jerry, the estimator, was a very good communicator, both via phone and email.

Then came Dustin to install, very professional and kept the area clean and neat, hauling off the old windows and material. At the close of the install, he asked if he could show us how the window works, since they were sliding and how to manipulate the screens for window cleaning and/or removal. He was very friendly and professional and took the necessary time.

Very please with Az Windows and will use them to gradually replace all of our windows.

Love my new French doors installed by Illumination Window & Door Co. The installers, dry wall, and stucco crew all did a fabulous job. The owner did a good job of replying to my emails, answering my questions, and addressing any concerns I had during the process. I utilized the services of Handyman connection on two occasions and was very pleased with the service and work i received. David DePaul did a great job for me. He is professional, timely, thoughtful, insightful and knowledgeable about the work he does and willing to make suggestions and recommendations regarding the work he is doing while he is doing it. I really appreciated all the work he did including replacing a ceiling fan, centering my dining room chandelier, installing dimmer switches, replacing my bathroom shower head and assembling/hanging an outdoor wall water fountain in my back yard. We were first time customers and the result exceeded our expectations. Our windows were very overdue for cleaning so it was no easy job but they shine like new. We will be repeat customers without a doubt.

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
