Best Interior/Exterior Door Replacement in Phoenix AZ

AZ Valley Windows installed an 8’x9’ full-wall slider for us & it’s absolutely beautiful!!! They were punctual, courteous, timely, respectful of my home & property, and very SKILLED in their trade! Had 3 broken windows on my rental house. Called Sunny State and Dwayne came right out and measured for a glass replacement since the windows were fine and I didn’t want them completely replaced. Dwayne was professional and friendly and Bree called me with a quote right away that was very reasonable. The glass was ordered and installed a few weeks later. Since the house is now empty and on the market, Dwayne went in and replaced the glass without needing me there. The windows look great, and ready for the new owner!

THE BIGGEST RIP OFF I'VE EVER HEARD OF THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME ALMOST 1400 FOR TWO PIECE OF GLASS ON A SLIDING DOOR WHEN IVE GOTTEN QUOTES BETWEEN 680-750 ABSOLUTELY ABSURD FOR TWO PIECES OF GLASS ON A SLIDING DOOR WHEN YOU CAN GET THE ENTIRE THING AT HOME DEPOT FOR 700 DOOR INCLUDING WINDOWS

Got 10 new windows and from start to finish it was a good experience. Both Greg & Adam Johnson stopped out at the job and seem to really care about their customers. The installers were on time & took great care on the installation. They were also very friendly and professional. Windows look great & really dress up the house. We believe that in the AZ heat Infinity fiberglass is the way to go. Definitely would recommend them.

Earlier this week we had two windows replaced and the experience was awesome. Due to window failure of an old upper arch window and water damage created by poor sloping on an exterior “pop out“ surrounding the garden style window beneath it, we needed both replaced. We also wanted the exterior pop out removed and the garden window replacement to be flush with the wall to prevent issues in the future. The sales guy I talked to was thorough, had great color suggestion for the frame and responded quickly to email. The two guys who came out to put in the windows were very neat, cleaned up everything thoughtfully and when a concern over existing water damage arose during installation, came up with a solid solution. They bought additional 2x4 and added extra waterproof material to the framing, explaining what was and wasn’t necessary, while listening to our concerns. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and the quality of work. We will certainly recommend you to our friends.

Great Experience - After calling and getting a few quotes over the phone, we ended up selecting Illumination. They scheduled an in-home measurement (even arrived a few minutes early for our appt), the item arrived when they said it would arrive and then they called to schedule the install, and they did a great job on the install. Everything was seamless and both Anthony who gave me the quote over the phone and came for the measurements, and their install team, were courteous and on time. Happy with the job!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
