Best Install Only in Phoenix AZ

We had two minor glass projects completed by the company.
Affordable pricing, well knowledgeable employees, courteous, clean,respectful and professional.
I will be calling for glass installation in the near future for my upcoming projects

The sales person did not communicate properly with us prior to the install . We were told there would be no problem installing new wimdows in our house. After the sub contractors were finished with the install we were left with 2 differnt types of windows not matching . The front windows in our houae look unfinished and differnt than the rest. When called to ask them.about whats the difference . The sales person told us to go to home depot and put up our own wood trim or have a stucco guy put another trim up for us. That if they were to put a trim up it would cost extra..never was this extra price ,difference in the windows discussed with us prior them selling us the windows Very unhappy with the end results for what would have been a pretty good set of windows other that that. I would never recommend them to anyone else or use their services again.

Replacement windows (6) and 1 patio door. Horrible service never returned calls, did not show up numerous times. Sliding door screeches whenever open or close. Screens don't fit some windows properly, one window is completely undersized for the frame so does not close. Problems never resolved still over one later! Do not recommend. Now filing manufacturers warranty claim to try to get help!

We had a sliding glass shower door installed in our hall bath & then a large glass panel in our master bath , all very recently. The installers did a great job, we're really happy with the product and their price was competitive. Very Accommodating & Professional! I would recommend them to anyone!

We were in need of an 8' patio door replacement. We did our 'due diligence' and obtained a few estimates. We decided to go with Imperial Windows & Sunscreens for a few reasons; no sales pressure, no gimmicks, no up-selling, reasonable price. All our questions were answered and the process was explained. Bob was personable, courteous and responsive. John, (the owner) followed up to schedule and confirm installation date. The install went well. We are happy and would highly recommend!

This team did a great job tinting the windows at our office. It helped with the heat!

Replaced RV dual pane windshields. Couldn't be more happier about their service. Will definitely come back to get the rest of my windows down here.

The windows it self are amazing. I love the windows which is why it is not a 1 star. The customer service however is absolutely atrocious! I had Universal come out to get a quote. The deal I accepted was not the terms they gave me. After fighting for everything I was promised they said they fixed it and when I get the bill it clearly wasn't. They gave me a promotional deal no interest for the first year. I was told it starts the day of instalation. But it ended up starting the day the contract was signed. 5 months of the windows being delayed gives me 7 months to pay it off before the interest from last year all thrown in to the total. Overall experience, windows not worth the headach of the lack of customer service

Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.
