On Time started working right after they got there and told me what they were gonna do. Took pics and was so excited to see the new windows. They worked together the 3 of them and each one of them coincided together. Very polite and knew what they were doing and best of all my windows turned out Awesome! Thank you Cliff and team you guys did above and beyond. Thank you for being so nice to my grandson. One of Cliffs workers sorry I forgot your name drew pics on the windows before they peeled them off. He made him laugh and tell me about it before we went to bed. I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Affordable Windows is definitely affordable in comparison to other companies that are around my area. I have had two windows installed by them. My only complaint is the lack of communication when it comes to scheduling the install. I told the ladies on the phone that I would not be home from work until 445 and yet the guys showed up at 4pm the first time, when I was not home. The second time, nobody was home when they arrived, so they had to wait, which really, I just felt bad for them, otherwise, the fellas did an awesome job on the install and the windows look pretty amazing and definitely seem to help with keeping the cool air in and the hot air out! Thank you Affordable Windows! I look forward to utilizing your services again in the future!

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.
