I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. They were a great value too! I recommend Superior Glass for all your window repair/ installation needs. They truly care about the customer and take care of you. Had to have silicon replaces in our new shower that was installed beginning of February. Josue munoz and Martin Alvarez were the ones that did the work today and it looks better than it did from the installation. Very pleasant, like I said, did a great job and everything was cleaned up when they were finished.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

The whole process from the beginning to the end was exceptional. Everyone from Window World was wonderful to work with. I would like to thank especially Richard, our sales representative. He is very professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and his explanation on the windows was very informative. He gave us no-pressure detailed quote for the windows (price was fair). He and the installation team did an awesome job.
We are so glad we went with Window World. It is truly one stop shopping.

We had a new home built with Lennar. They are the ones who hired this company. We had to have repairs done to our shower so they had to come out and take off the glass doors and reinstall them. They have not showed up twice now to reinstall the shower doors. We have been without our master shower for over a week. They don’t call to let you know they can’t make it or to reschedule. What a nightmare they are. I will say that the tech that comes out has always been pleasant but I would not hire them because of their poor time management and inability to let people know they can’t make it out.

The customer service at this place is appalling. I had one broken Anderson window that I needed replaced. The guy who was supposed to come out to measure (Britt) never showed. When I called, he acted as if he didn't know who I was or that we had even had a conversation. He basically played dumb instead of owning up to the fact he made a mistake. We shared some words and he told me to get my window someplace else. The landscapers (they were paying for the window) called Lasting Impressions and Britt basically hung up on her. She (the person from the landscape company) filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say we got our window from R&K Building Supplies in Gilbert. The service was 1000% better.

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

Great experience working with SDC Roofing, their efficient crew got the job done in 2 days, which is leaps and bounds better than the week + long jobs I saw neighbors roofs take in recent months. Sean was great in walking through the entire process from initial bid to final payment and warranty registration.
