Best Exterior Wood Repair in Phoenix AZ

I got same day glass repair for a shattered sliding door when other glass repair companies were telling me it was going to take 7-12 days for product. Duane was professional, friendly and reasonably priced. When I need more glass repair this is my go to company.

I chose Infinity From Marvin by SI Windows Phoenix after collecting estimates from their competition. They weren’t the lowest priced but they were competitive. I had toured Marvin Windows last fall while visiting a friends cabin in Warroad Minnesota and I was very impressed.

I was even more impressed by how quickly Greg Johnson(owner of SI Windows) responded to my inquiry and how quickly he provided me with an estimate. I hired him and we set a date.

His crew showed up when he said they would and finished the install of 20 windows 2 patio doors and a double sliding patio door in 5 days. As they were finishing Alden from Legacy Stucco showed up and repaired the stucco around the windows that had been replaced. Next Hector Lopez showed up and did drywall repair on the interior of the house.

Greg has a great crew and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Thank You to SI Windows Phoenix and their installation crew. Thanks to Infinity from Marvin Windows as well.

We were in need of an 8' patio door replacement. We did our 'due diligence' and obtained a few estimates. We decided to go with Imperial Windows & Sunscreens for a few reasons; no sales pressure, no gimmicks, no up-selling, reasonable price. All our questions were answered and the process was explained. Bob was personable, courteous and responsive. John, (the owner) followed up to schedule and confirm installation date. The install went well. We are happy and would highly recommend!

We had all windows and sliding door replaced back in February and they did a wonderful job! Recently, the door lock on our sliding door malfunctioned, but Bill came out right away and replaced it for us at no cost, no questions asked. Great customer service! I would highly recommend this company.

The guys that performed my installation were second to none, they worked clean, efficient and were so respectful. The gentleman that helped me design my project was great as well, and helped me transform my home. We are ready in the event that we have another summer like this past year, because of our new doors and windows.

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
