No waiting around for 4 hours for someone to show up and it took less than an hour for 2 windows to be replaced. We are happy with the services provided!

Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project. I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc. At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why. Brian would not return our calls. If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don’t walk, run away!

When you have problems with an installation, they can't find your records. Even when you show them copy of the check. So be ready to buy a new door after 4 or 5 years.

really loved this place until I called today, Giovanni answered, I asked for some MODERN SURFACE ,ESSENTIAL GLUE DOWN VINYL. 500-SQFT,he then very rudely told me they don't carry this product,I then told him I always buy it and then proceeded to tell me they don't take orders over the phone,very rudely!
he needs to be educated on all the products for sale in the showroom, and most importantly some customer service skills, thats all,thanks

No regrets! Love these windows! The estimated date of install was accurate. We had the entire house done in <6 hours total, including a door installation. The crew was polite and clean as well. But the best part difference in the temperature in our house is AMAZING! The windows open and close like a charm. Do be prepared for a sales pitch during the estimate visit, and for the visit to take > 2 hours. After placing the order, there was a problem. When I discussed it, every one in the company responded quickly and professionally. The problem was fixed ASAP. I am very satisfied, and do recommend this company and product. When you choose them, you will be glad. I hope you enjoy your new windows as much as I am enjoying mine.
