I highly recommend Sunny State Glass. They were so knowledgeable and experienced - I was able to get a quote over the phone. They were extremely responsive - arrived within the hour of my call to them - even on Super Bowl Sunday! The repair was done so fast I could hardly believe it and the window looks perfect. The quote I was given held true, was spot on and all inclusive. (Not to mention lower than other companies' regular rates) Dwayne really knows his craft and his industry. He likes what he does and it shows. That's so refreshing in this day & age where it seems most businesses/service people do as little as possible for customers. I was originally referred to Freelite by another window company to replace a large skylight in our home. They did fantastic job! I called them a couple of years later to put in a small skylight in a bathroom. Both installations have been free of water leaks for over ten years now. They use the best materials available and have a knowledgeable, respectful team.

Tom installs “state of the art” energy efficient windows that not only look good, but are saving us money each month on our electric bill. My south facing room is now usable even on the hottest and brightest days.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus.
