Best Commercial Project in Phoenix AZ

I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. I would absolutely recommend FP for any floor leveling project, they are truly experts!

I called Vinny at Royal Wood Flooring to come out and give us a quote to repair some wood floor boards that were loose and others were severely damaged by termites. From the first visit we liked him because he didn’t try to sell us some products we didn’t need. He explained to us that the damaged boards had to be removed completely and replaced with new wood flooring planks. Once they replaced the boards Vinny’s crew sanded the entire wood flooring area so that the newly installed hardwood flooring match the existing hardwood.
The wood flooring looks great. There are not enough words to describe how happy we are for choosing this company to repair our floors. Not only did we save money on this wood flooring project we also learned a lot about how to maintain the floors’ surface and its luster for a long time.
Our wood floors look AWESOME. My wife and I highly recommend Royal Wood Flooring for all of your hardwood floring needs.

I got a quote from Guardian Garage Floors. Jon came and did the measurements. He was on time and very knowledgeable about the polyaspartic and epoxy flooring and explained the whole process. The price he gave me was high compared to other people that had other company's do the same size job. But let me tell you that the quality of the job that Guardian offers is superb. It stands out perfectly and gives a huge appeal while entering the house from the garage or when opening the garage doors. The old say that states you get what you pay for is correct.Rick and Luke were my installers. These guys were amazing. They were very courteous. They showed up on time. Gave a quick synopsis of what needed to be done. Asked if they could do any further clarifications or if they can answer any questions before they can start. These guys work fast and very efficient. They are very organized and keep the area clutter free as they work. They are dedicated to details and perfection.I am very impressed by the job that Guardian did for me. My husband and I had a fantastic experience with this company! They have many options in style of flooring and in various shades- it made picking the perfect color for our home so simple.

The workers who installed the flooring were professional and finished in a timely manner. We went with a grey SPC flooring that has a scratch resistant quartz finish, which also makes cleaning a breeze!

We only had 4 of the bedrooms done- but because of the outstanding professionalism, quality of flooring, and the amazing price point we're already looking into getting the rest of the floors replaced by them as well!

I don't understand why businesses which advertise on vehicle's decide to drive with no consideration for other motorists. On Tuesday, October 6th in the afternoon I was driving to Del Webb hospital where I work and was completely cut-off by this company's truck. Why drive like a maniac ? I hope no one gives this company any business. Drive considerate!
