Unfortunately someone threw a large rock through our front window on Halloween night. We called Valleywide Glass the following Monday; we'd taken a rough measure of the window just to help explain what the existing situation was. They gave us an estimated price and had a technician here the next day to verify the measurements and the type of glass required. They anticipated it would take 7 - 10 business days to cut and prepare the glass. One week later they were ready to install. The day of the install their technician texted us to keep us up to date on his schedule so we knew when to expect him. Once he got here, he went right to work removing the broken glass, cleaning up any broken glass, and installing the new glass. It all took maybe 30 minutes. The technician was very nice and actually really funny. And he took all the necessary COVID safety precautions.

Although I hope we never have to replace a window again, I would call Valleywide glass without any hesitation. They were prompt, easy to work with, and their prices were extremely reasonable. I'd recommend them 100%!

Phoenix Glass Cleaning provides the best window cleaning service we have ever had. Calvin was at our home for over 4 hours - working the entire time. He doesn't only clean the windows inside & out (and screens) but tries to remove age related calcium deposits and cleans your sliding door tracks.
