I am SO glad I called Power Window Repair! Naturally I was thinking how hard can it be and Googling YouTube videos .. then I saw them and figured it couldn't hurt to call and ask. They were so great and friendly on the phone, set up an appointment around my schedule, and the technician called on the way and was right on time. He was very respectful, clean and the results were AMAZING! (I wish they did more than windows as this level of service and work is simply spectacular)

The team at Freelite showed up on time, communicated well and completed our window replacements in a single day. Very appreciative of them!

We called and asked to have a glass made for a table. We gave the dimensions and they said they could do it. We brought the pattern and it took him a week and a half to tell us that they couldn't do it. Now we're behind. If you want a perfectly square piece of glass cut you can go there. I wouldn't waste my time on anything that takes any challenge

Kirk Hodges was excellent. He was clear, concise, and provided a very professional service. He contacted my insurance company on my behalf, and was even able to provide some of the information directly to my insurance agent in lieu of me having to go back out to my car and retrieve it. Because of Kirk, I will be using SafePro, and more specifically Kirk, for any future work that I may need. I will also refer anyone who asks me to Kirk at SafePro. Thanks Kirk!

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

If you want exceptional customer service then Castile Roofing is the company for you. Alex is so responsive, professional, and friendly. He and Alfonso promptly and honestly answered every question I had and were very thoughtful about doing it affordably. I have been searching far and wide for a company to repair termite damage on the trusses in my attic with no success. Castile Roofing was the first company to send someone out to assess and repair the damage. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond to inspect and repair other issues on my roof. They even sent me pictures of the repairs they made. So hard to find a good honest company that provides this kind of customer service.

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
