I have used Best Glass at least 5 times over the past several years and find that they are professional and punctual. I just make one call and they do the rest by connecting me with my insurance company and getting all proper approvals. They always have shown up as scheduled at my home or business and that's important because I have not had that kind of luck with other glass companies.I referred Best Glass to many of my family and friends and they have enjoyed the same great service I have. Just got my rear driver side window fixed. They only charged me $95 for a Nissan Versa 2017. One of the guys I spoke to told me it'd be in hour. He had me out in 20 minutes! Plus he vacuumed out all the broken glass! Highly recommend!!

I got my windshield replaced here yesterday. Noticed later when I got home when they cut the windshield out. They had messed up my interior roof cover up. Definitely was not a professional job. Just make sure your vehicle doesn't get messed like mine. Recommend going somewhere else to have insurance replacement done.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
