Superior Glass is great, they are very friendly and did a free on-site estimate and custom windows fitting, deliver what they promise and extremely professional, the guys are really helpful! Windows look fantastic! They even cleaned several windows as a bonus, thanks again!

We met with Dustin and he was great with all of our questions. The guys doing the work did a great job. LEI replaced 11 windows and a patio door. We have seen a big difference in temperature in the rooms. Very pleased with the finished work! Would definitely recommend LEI to others.

Called for quote, very overpriced on labor and when I said no thank you was very short and hung up phone. Other companies at least say thanks for calling and are a bit more customer service oriented. For that 3 stars

I put in that I was looking for windows and was called within the first hour. Very professional crew. I had been quoted out a few places and decided to go with them over a Home Depot and Lowe's since they are local. They were up front about the lead time and stayed in contact with me every time there was an update on my order.

I worked with Jeff and he was very knowledgeable and honest. I would absolutely recommend going with Optum. The Windows came with a warranty (that I hope I never have to use).

Not only did Sean have the patience with our decision on color picking of the tile he definitely took the time to send us multiple samples when it came down to our decision for the color of the tile we were undecisive when it came to it but he had the patience and the time to take out of his busy work schedule to send us options of what we were looking for so that we could actually have the right color for our house Sean was very understanding very flexible patient and very accommodatable I came down to a final decision Sean and his crew or very confident fast working clean and definitely will be spreading the word of mouth to friends and family and anyone we know when it comes down to having someone look for a roofer who is knowledgeable experienced dedicated and very accommodating and patient with the customers we appreciate all your work Sean and wish you and the SDC family all the best thanks again you guys were amazing!! Had windows installed by window world. My bathroom has to be re modeled due to water damage. After opening the wall. We noticed the old window frame is still in place and there is a 1 1/2 inch gap between the bricks and the window with no seal. Which let water into the walls and under the tub. All the wood around the window was roted and cast iron tub was rusted underneath. Thank you window world for the extra work that was created from poor installation

Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didn't like the high pressure technique) February 2020. It's now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldn't continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they can't schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times I've requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they can't deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said she'd have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.
