This was an amazing experience. Sales rep Guy Berlt explained things clearly and answered every question. Our custom windows arrived ahead of schedule and the installation crew was TERRIFIC. They worked fast, arrived promptly, acted professionally, were very courteous, and even helped us put things back when a room was finished. (They were so great I offered to grill burgers for them when the job was done!) I'm not sure what more I might say ... I guess just that my wife and I are thrilled with the entire process and highly recommend Guy and GK Windows and Doors, LLC!

Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

Cheap cost cutting company with no professionalism. I had to take their work to a dealership to have fixed. I was told by the “owner” he has been doing repairs for 75 years. Math and honesty are two areas he could spend more time.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

They came to install 3 mirrors in our home and everything went great! For now on it will be the only company that I use for our glass and or mirror needs. I can highly recommend!

Great friendly people great cheap prices ?

We drive a big truck..CROSS COUNTRY DRIVERS . Caught a rock on our windshield and called. Jessica was very professional. We were out of there with a new windshield in 15 minutes. Wouldn't call anyone else!

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Had a pretty good overhaul for my recent purchased home. Windows and window treatments came out great. It's definitely helping keep out the hot temperatures.

Their decision to continue having administrative and financial staff work in person during the stay at home order is unsafe for those staff and everyone who lives with them.

Called for a simple quote. After 20 minutes of answering questions about the original developer from 1985, I hung up. 20 minutes of sales pitch is ridiculous when you are simply asking for a scheduled time for someone to come out and measure windows for a quote. I would never refer anyone to call this company. Too much work for a free quote. My time is not free!!!

Never came to fix my window was told he was gonna come the next day to fix my window but he never did it has been a week since he has not called me
