Oh my goodness. I talked to Autumn over the phone and she was so helpful. She is so patient with me when I have questions and was able to get me started on my process quickly . Autumn so awesome ! She is amazing. Her voice sends shivers down my spine .

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

We had these windows installed years ago and they are still in perfect condition - but the best thing about these windows is the customer service that this company offers to it's clients. From the person who answers the phone to the guys that come to the house - everyone is so professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company and windows.

We had four windows replaced. From the initial introduction to Power from a well-spoken, pleasant young man, to the representative who came to measure and give us an estimate, then to the final installation, we were very impressed with everyone and would highly recommend this business. Great job!

Unbelievable service! Can’t say enough! From the first estimate, the installation and the customer service! EXCELLENT! While the windows were being installed, two kind people, Jasmine and Bill showed up to make sure we were happy. Showed me exactly what to expect for perfection in window installation! I’m overly impressed and grateful!

Strongly suggest you avoid this company. Clearly great at merchandising their product, but the final outcome does not live up to the standards they advertise. We purchased a $9,000 pivot door (first mistake) which look great as advertised. Their relationship with the local distributor was dysfunctional at best (AVI in Nashville). The door arrived two month after committed (delaying our overall construction) and upon arrival was defective (pivot point top to bottom was off by one inch). Had to be reordered and reshipped and took another month. We've been in our house for 6 months and have repeated problems with the seal on the bottom (being replaced for second time), and found the locking mechanism impossible to operate. Reached out to WWS and they told us to work with the local distributor (Again, AVI who is terrible). They can feel free to reach out to us at btim21459@gmail, but likely they will post an apologetic retort and make no effort to correct our situation.

The guys that performed my installation were second to none, they worked clean, efficient and were so respectful. The gentleman that helped me design my project was great as well, and helped me transform my home. We are ready in the event that we have another summer like this past year, because of our new doors and windows.
