From getting a quote to installation date and finishing windows - project has been a complete breeze. Priced in our range. All an A+ experience. Would refer and do business again.

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

The craftsmanship of our windows is outstanding and the installation was impeccable. The finished product definitely increased the value of our home, we are truly amazed. We highly recommended these windows!

The window installation was performed by a very professional team and they could not have been a more helpful group of guys. Explained what they were doing and answered any and all the questions I posed. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the product, made me very happy about the decision to do business with Renewal by Andersen.

We called Universal Glass to have 2 windows repaired/replaced while in the process of selling our home. The office staff was wonderful, got us scheduled quickly, and had a technician out within days for a quote. The quote beat every other companies price and were the fastest for installation. Excellent service all the way around!
Most people talk about the negative when technicians come to do work. Rarely do you hear positive. Well, I need to add positive comments regarding Leon. Not only was he extremely professional and courteous, but he is one of the best human beings I have ever met! I had the pleasure to have a great conversation with him while he installed our new windows, and he is AMAZING! His family is blessed to have such a wonderful man in their lives.

Should be zero stars. Dishonest company. 3 estimates that kept increasing the price. No communication. Didn't deliver when promised. Warning. Do not use this company.

Guess this guys have never heard of customer service. Extremely rude and no manners. It's almost as if you are bugging them by bringing your business to them. I rather take my money and business somewhere where it is greatly appreciated and welcomed and where I'm treated like a customer. To who ever owns this place. I would highly recommend for these employees to undergo customer service and sales training to prevent you losing out on additional revenue.

Phil did a great job replacing a broken window for me. As an out-of-state landlord, sometimes it's hard to know who to turn to for repairs but Phil came recommended. His price was fair and it was worth every penny knowing I could trust him to handle the job and any obstacles my tenant might put in the way. He was responsive and professional.

The technician described what he needed to do and the timetable, and he adhered to it, so everything went perfectly from scheduling until the day of the visit! Very polite and friendly. I'll come back if I ever need to have a windshield crack repaired.

I definitely recommend. I had my old patio sliding door replaced with a custom sized one with the blinds in between the glass. Very clean and fast install. Chris has great follow up and he's straightforward with everything!

We used this company a year ago to install tint on our Tesla; they did a great job. I called to get our new vehicle tinted and the customer service was HORRIBLE! I went there twice because they needed a letter from our optometrist to install tint on the front windshield. When I returned for the 2nd time, they claimed they didn't install tint on the windshield of the Tesla and they wouldn't install in on the new car! I even had the letter from our Opthomalogist they said they needed! What a waste of time! Keep looking for a quality window tinting company because this one isn't!

We are a new company in the Phoenix area. Talked to Bryan and he was very knowledgeable. Responded extremely quickly on a wind shield replacement. Worked out a day and time. Clayton arrived on time, quick chat with him and he did his job. Prior to install, he made sure he covered all his bases prior to removal and install. Knowledgeable, done in a timely manner, professional and understood our timeline to get the truck back in the field so there would be no time lost for our field crews. Don't get racked through the coals financially, contact Star Glass Phoenix and they will take the utmost care of you.

This company is awesome. I work for a facilities help desk and they are always available to service and are quick to service and provide great customer service. We use them all the time. Thank you Arizona Glass & Door for providing such excellent service!!!!

I'm really surprised by these reviews. We had an issue with them breaking something on the door more than three months ago and they still have not fixed it. No one wants to call you back about it either. I literally had to go in the office and talk to the top manager and she assured me that it would be fixed right after the holiday. This is January 16th and still there has been no resolution. If you want your glass fixed go to another place

Had a door installed in 2016 by this company. It was a huge upgrade over the aluminum one that it replaced and have been very happy with it. Unfortunately I had a part break recently and that is what has led to this review. It is not that the part broke for my 2 star review it is the fact that I called 3 consecutive days to try and either get their service to repair the door or get a referral from somebody who could. I was repeatedly told that I would get a call back and never did. I was not expecting a free or warranty repair and I informed them of this. I have since called a different company who came out and made the repair in under 3 hours from my call. I would not use this company again due to this recent lack of service.
