We recently had Dependable Glass & Mirrors create & install new mirrors above our vanities in our master bath & guest bath! Michelle & Teagan were very helpful in making our selections & Dylan & Steve did an outstanding job installing them( Dylan & Steve were punctual, actually a little early which was great, & went a step above by removing & then replacing our hand towel bars ensuring the process went safely !)!! The turnaround time was great & the price was super!!! We are so pleased & highly recommend this company!!!

I have a house with a lot of windows and I had gotten a couple of bids already, they had better windows and a better price. The installation went really well too. I would highly recommend getting a quote from them before you buy windows from someone else.

Dustin walked us through a super detailed explanation of the windows, installment and process start to finish. Super friendly and not pushy at all. The installment itself went really smoothly. The guys were polite and efficient. I was working at home the whole time and they weren't a bother at all. We love our windows. They're beautiful and function as expected. They block out a lot more noise which is so nice for us and they definitely block out more heat than our prior single pane windows. With their promotional advertising I 100% recommend.

I was in a bind in the middle of the night and the owner came out to assess the damage to have returned the next morning to start and complete the job the same day. For that alone I will always call this company first!! Thank you Tyrone!

Great people and very professional, and great service

Omg I love these windows. Since they were installed I already notice a huge difference in blocking out noise and keep the house cool from the sun on those extreme hot days. Guys were so nice to me and especially my mom. Matthew and his crew deserve that bonus on a perfect job. And if and when I order more window I would like the same crew if possible.

Only person I didn't like was Brad. We was nice when ordering but after he got his commission he was rude. Anytime I would reached out to him it was my fault never took any ownership for any his mistakes. Like me calling him to provide new phone number only to miss my appointment because he failed to update it. I also mentioned my stalker situation and was not understanding whatsoever. If and when I do decide to order more windows I DON'T WANT BRAD EVER HANDLING MY ACCOUNT AGAIN.

I also want to thank general manager Robert. Without you I would still be waiting for my install. Thank you for listening and understanding my situation.

I had a situation where their was a disagreement on the amount charged. Logan the General Manager called and was very concerned and they refunded me the amount that was over the amount agreed. I am giving them 5 stars because anyone can make a mistake or have an honest miscommunication, however, if they make it right they get bonus points!

Our installation team was awesome!Jared W., Benny R., Magnus O. and Devion E.Were on time, worked very hard the whole time they were in our home. The tub conversion is wonderful! They cleaned up before leaving. We have another bathroom reno on Saturday and I'm sure we'll be just as pleased with that work as well!We had our second bathroom completed. This job was performed by Robert K. and Jonathan P.The installation teams were great.There were some issues with some of the materials. The shower doors for the main bathroom were short when we specifically told our sales rep, Chris C. We wanted the tallest doors since everyone in the household is 5'10 to 6'8.The shaving step has yet to be installed in the main bathroom.In speaking to our project manager Scott W.He determined that although we signed the contract which listed the shorter doors, we received the incorrect style. Normally, Dreamstyle, does not take back material if the customer signs the contract. Because we did not receive the style we originally ordered, the fact that we signed the contract listing the shorter doors, does not matter.We will be getting the correct style and height doors within the next two weeks.All in all, even with the bumps along the way, we are happy with the end result.

Back yard sliding patio door 23 years old repaired

We hired Lasting Impressions last year to do the back half of our home windows and were overall very pleased. Their Salesman, Jeff Boshoven, is awesome, detail oriented and a great, upbeat personality. The drawback was they only do install, not after install clean up of the stucco/paint. So we had to find someone else to perform that which we felt was odd. Their customer service was great, Lori even got my windows all registered with Milgard and was a delight to work with.

Fast forward to this year and we decided to go ahead and do the front half of the house realizing pricing is going up! This time we got more bids and, while Lasting Impressions was not the cheapest, we felt comfortable with them and their great customer service. Jeff once again came out, took measurements and did all his part flawlessly! The install had issues. The guys spent all day on one window. They were banging and trying to jimmy it in so hard, they broke it. Don't understand why they just shave the frame a bit to accommodate the window. The interior detail was lacking this time too, poor caulking and touch up work. They ripped another windows screen.

The replacement window arrived and was installed, but the young man said he was not there to fix the touch up work. So we called Jeff who came over. We pointed out another window that looked odd; hard to tell because it is high up. Jeff said it needs to be repaired and would have the office get on it. We said okay and stupidly paid him, believing all would be done like before. Nope!

Lori, who we had worked with so well the first time now was nonresponsive. I had been asking about the window serial numbers so i could register them and the ripped screen and defective window. Finally, I emailed Jeff and got a reply from someone else. Appears Jeff no longer works there (shocking since he's the only one responsive). Lori sent a snarky email saying I had just sent my email on Friday and she had taken a day off. Well I had actually sent the email 10 days earlier... it all spiraled out of control. Karen stepped in and got our new windows registered, and advised Jeff had put in a repair request on the defective window prior to his departure, he also go the screen replaced.

Now that Jeff is gone and seeing how customer service has gone downhill, we do not recommend Lasting Impressions... their only priority is getting paid. Bummer because we had liked them. We are still awaiting the defective window being fixed... but Lasting Impressions is paid in full so they don't care!

They have avoided our calls. They did the wrong job we asked them to do, and now they are not owning up to their mistakes. Seems like they don’t want to fix the windows. We really liked them at the beginning, but they turned out to be so unprofessional.

They showed up within 7 hours got the job done great very friendly workers I will use them again if needed

Was terrible. I expected to get my glass on my door fixed from storm damage and they kept putting me off when they finally came out to fix it, almost 2 weeks later they had to know the door was broken too but didn't even ask if they could fix the door. Bad customer service.
