Not super impressed with this business. Had high hopes due to all the hype on socials for their quality work. We had someone out for an estimate, & he told us we would hear from someone within the week and never did. Also he was in and out within 5 minutes to look at our issue and this is an EXTENSIVE job so I find it pretty unlikely he actually observed everything.

Anyway, we are over a month out from when we were supposed to get contacted and nothing.

I had a guest over and she back up her car into my garage! I was in a panic because it looked horrible and I thought would be a ton of money to fix. I called Response Crew because of their amazing reviews online and I was so happy I did. Jennifer who answers the phone was kind, courteous and on-point. I was able to get an appointment the same day to fix it. I would definitely book them again. The price was fair and they did great work including clean up.

Steve was on time, professional and quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. They charge for a full hour regardless if the repair takes 15 minutes or an hour, so Steve took some time to fix a few other small issues while he was there. He even pointed out and repaired something that I hadn't noticed. I appreciated his insight and ideas on a future project too. I would definitely use again.

Eddie is very responsive and did great work for us (fixed drywall, hung ceiling light, painted, repaired baseboard, etc.) We will definitely be using him again.

Very very expensive. Find someone else. 30 minutes of work and no materials cost me 160 dollars. Wish I could charge that rate.

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

Steve at Arid Valley services is the epitome of a professional! Not only is he a skilled handyman and bike mechanic, but he actually does what he says he's going to do. He shows up on time and doesn't leave until the job is done. On top of all of this, his services are very reasonably priced for the quality that he offers. Five Stars all day long!

Ross was everything we hoped he would be, punctual, professional, with high quality workmanship. We will go back to Handyman of Scottsdale for the next job.

Called Greg in a pinch with a plumbing issue. He was quick to answer the phone and fixed the problem the same day. He was easy to work with and communicative.

I had my kitchen completely remodeled.
Included all New maple cabinets with Lazy-susans and roll out shelves. New granite counter tops, new lighting and new outlets. Installed all the New appilances.
