We kept the paint colors the same as the original house color, so we didn't need to have to deal with the HOA, but CoR would have done that as well. They weren't the cheapest, but weren't the most expensive estimates I got either. However, next time I need the house painted, I'll only be calling them based on how well we were treated and the amazing job that the team did.
