Best Fix And Replace in Phoenix AZ

Had two rooms that I wanted to replace the carpet with tile that matched what the home builder had installed. Got several quotes, the price was reasonable plus Alan and his team were able to get to work with in a few days of receiving their bid, which in the mess of post COVID scheduling was amazing! Floors look great and would highly recommend Alan for a job well done!

The guy who was supposed to give an estimate to my parents ... He started off coming at the wrong time, then when asked to wear a mask as we have people with compromised immune system went out to get a mask and disappeared...
Get a call 3 days later to tell me how the inspection went...I told the person on the phone what had happened ...no apology no follow up....
Do they even deserve a one star. I think not.

Utah Flooring & Design provided me with all the help I needed to complete over 800 square feet of LVT flooring. Troy came out right away to provide me with a very reasonable cost estimate and scheduled an installation date that was best for me. Nick the installer did an awesome job of installing the flooring, his work was very high quality and his attention to detail was excellent!! I am a very happy customer!!!
