Recently bought a house with a porch post that was heavily damaged due to termites and water over the years, which caused my roof to lean.

Called Handyman Connection and Patrick came out and was very friendly and no nonsense, and got me an estimate by the end of the day. He fixed it the following week and did an amazing job! Thanks Patrick!

They are always good. I've used them several times, the work is always completed on the time they gave me. The people who work for them are uniformly courteous.

Response Crew is my new favorite handyman company. We had a hot water leak that resulted in the need for some drywall, baseboard, and carpet removal for a drying out process of everything affected by the leak. Per our insurance company, two different construction companies came out to give us an estimate on needed repairs. When it came time to schedule, neither of the other companies were responsive. I called Response Crew, and they scheduled us for repairs in less than 2 weeks!

The intake process is really simple. I emailed Response Crew a report of what we needed fixed and photos of the job. They sent back an estimate for labor and said any needed materials would be charged at actual cost (no mark-ups).

On the day of service, Jack called prior to the service window time to let me know he was on the way. Jack and David arrived on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They completed the work as discussed in my emails with Response Crew, and even finished a little earlier than expected.

Of note: we still need some carpet padding replaced and a small area of carpet re-installed, but Response Crew let me know ahead of time that they don’t contract for flooring needs.

I highly recommend Response Crew for any household repairs that they contract for. This is the second time we have worked with them, and we have been very pleased with their work and communication on both projects. Chris was great to work with. I first reached out to a couple other handymen and left voicemails but never heard back from either company. I did another search and found Priority One so I submitted a quote request through their website. I received an e-mail response within the hour which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how the previous companies completely ignored me. I was given a quote early the following morning which I approved and the repairs were scheduled for later that week. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly. One of my projects was replacing my bathroom faucet that had a slow leak. Chris explained that the faucet just needed a new seal and didn't actually need to be completely replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend him to others in the future.

We recently had an extremely difficult dry wall repair to 14 individual holes in 4 separate rooms in our home. Some of the repairs were up as high as 12ft and behind a toilet and washing machine. Jonah was meticulous and knowledgeable as well as personable. We were more than pleased and satisfied.
