Best Electrical Project in Phoenix AZ

I scheduled an appointment for this company to come out and they said it would be almost two weeks before a technician could be scheduled. I made the appointment and set aside my day for them to come out. Morning of, they call me to tell me the technician is ill and won't be able to make it. Their next best availability is another week from today. This is unacceptable from a time line perspective and unprofessional from a resolution standpoint. You lost my business and any future business I would have given you from my other rental properties.

David was very prompt and extremely helpful. He came out to my house to fix an issue with my outside breaker panel. He was able to give me several options at different price points and even gave me a DIY option that made him no money. I really appreciate someone who gives a customer every option. I discovered major electrical issues in my attic late last year. After consulting multiple people, it was clear my older house was in need of a complete rewire. My rewire project was a whole week long because of the complexity. My two electricians were Brad and Steven - both extremely kind, intelligent, and communicative. Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

More about their drivers than their quality of work. Had a man named Joe swerve into my lane a couple of times almost causing me to crash, as I look into my rear view mirror he was in two lanes behind me. I never like to call businesses but I wanted to get his plate number and he slows down almost stopping traffic so I don’t do so.

I have worked with Tom Buehler for about 10 years on numerous projects. Watt Masters recently performed a critical new generator install and move of existing generator at the same time for me for the same client (Local Fire Department), as usual, they adhered to the design/construction and installed and moved generator(s) flawlessly, and ahead of schedule. We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!
