My husband and I are moving into a new home and wanted a shelf installed in the Laundry Room before we moved in. We were referred to Solutec by the Leasing Agent. I received a response to my email immediately and the shelf was installed within a few days. Before and after photos were included and the shelf is perfect, exactly what we wanted. The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks.
