At the end of March 2016, we had a plumbing leaking our house, which flooded a majority of our downstairs living area. After turning off the water, we immediately called our insurance co., who in turn contacted SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix. We received a call from Andrew at SERVPRO within minutes and he had someone at our house within the hour. Their project manager was Juan M., who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took time to explain the process in detail and was empathetic to our situation. He and his crew pulled up flooring, baseboards and cut out wet drywall within 2 days, with the drying process taking 4-5 days. Juan and his crew helped in easing a stressful moment in our lives. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix.

I looked on google about a week and a half ago. I did my research because the flood in my home was serious. I didn’t want to hire someone who didn’t know how to handle an enormous flood like the one I experienced in my home. I called the water fighters and they came out really quick I mean fast! and after a couple of days they had everything back to normal conditions. I am happy with the service! And absolutely best customer service since I called.

Jenkins did great work on a repair after I had some water damage. Everett Sandoval was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. You can tell that Jenkins has a focus on doing the work right the first time and customer satisfaction is very important to them. Would definitely recommend!

Juan and Michael were very kind and understanding while also taking great care of my home. They had to take apart some of the house (cabinets, wall, floor) and they did it quickly and kept everything clean with no dust or trash anywhere. They came back quickly to remove the fans they had set up to dry the house. I cannot recommend them enough!

My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! My insurance company strongly suggested I used them since I insisted I wanted quality. Having dealt with water damage several years ago, working with substandard restoration companies is a total nightmare.
