Best Pigeon Exclusion in Phoenix AZ

Few weeks ago we discovered signs of what appears to be a termite tunnel. With so many pest and termite companies in town we decided to go with Bills Pest & Termite Company because they have the best reviews and customer satisfaction.I called and lady that answered the phone was very polite and professional, she set the appointment around my schedule. On the day of our appointment termite specialist James showed up on time and after checking our house was able to identify few other termite affected areas. He was very knowledgeable abut the chemicals that they use and explained to me how warranty works and for how long the treatment is good for. It took only ten minutes for me to decide that Bills Pest and Termite Company was that business that I can trust to get the job done.When termite technician Dallas came he had map of our property and knew exactly where termite infested areas are. With rainy forecast for that day he offered to come back and re-inspect all around the house if any problems occur. Sure enough it rained later that day and washed away some of the fresh concrete patches that Dallas installed. I called him back and the next day he came back and re-patched washed off concrete plugs.I was very happy with work performed and definitely will recommend Bills Pets & Termite Company to anyone.Thanks guys

As of today I am currently waiting on results, however my experience thus far with this company has been exceptional and light years above my previous experience with another company in the valley. From the inspection done by Jeremy to the termite treatment performed by Sean, both were punctual, informative (they answered all my questions and concerns, and I had a lot), professional, respectful, and courteous. Thus far I would recommend this company if you have termite concerns.

Annette and ken are absolutely wonderful. They always address any need I have promptly and professionally. I have been a customer since the beginning. I have an assisted living home and they are always so responsive to my needs and for my residents. They do my pest control on house and grounds, take care of spring bee problems. I can call Annette and talk over problems with pests and she has never once in all these years let me down. Their charges are so reasonable and their follow up is amazing. Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

I was referred to Critter control by someone else experiencing the nightmare of bird mites. Anyone experiencing this knows what I mean by nightmare! I really didn't expect full eradication, but I expected more results than what I ended up getting. Unfortunately, no pest company specializes in bird mites in AZ. I really wish one would take the time to research and figure out how to totally eradicate these monsters. I do have to give credit to the company for at least attempting to treat them. Most companies won't even touch you and I don't blame them after experiencing this for over two years at this point. The product they used isn't even recommended for this type of infestation. The technician claims they have had good results in the past, but I doubt what he was saying after questioning him on some specific information. I can't speak of the service for other issues, but if you're looking to eradicate bird mites I wouldn't suggest this method. I'm still on my quest before having to just move out until everything dies.....

I had Kyle Wilbert come out to get rid of some critters, and I can't recommend him enough. He's very thorough and knowledgeable about pest control and funny to boot! Some guy's only come out to do a job with no real expertise, but not Kyle. He will explain to you what you're facing and how he will deal with it, AND what to expect in the days to come. Sorry I'm raving but you just don't get this kind of great service anymore! Call Bio-Chem if you got bugs, and ask for Kyle. He's the best in the business.
