Best Tick Preventative in Phoenix AZ

When we moved from Alaska to Arizona I knew that the creepy crawlies were going to be a big problem for me. The first call I made in our new place was to these guys after much review research . Their customers service was and is amazing. They are always so polite, helpful and their techs are very professional. I have gone through a few techs (probably due to me showing them the dead bugs I've captured.. Have I said how much I hate bugs...) they were all very nice and helpful but nothing compared to my tech Parker. He is the best! He can deal with my crazy look at this dead bug I found! moments and takes care of them right away!

It was time for my annual inspection Chris S did a fantastic and very thorough job. He also made me aware of new products available for parameter control.

Once they have your money, they are unresponsive. We had to remove their bait stations for a remodel. They wouldn’t return calls, so we removed them ourselves. Once to remodel was complete, I called 3 times a week, for 6 weeks to get a call back. Every time I asked for a manager or supervisor until finally my little game ended when an appointment was scheduled. Then no one showed up. Called the manager’s personal cell and got rescheduled. This time tech put stations wherever he thought was good, leaving large unprotected areas, and stations randomly placed all over the yard. Another tech had to come out and fix the mess created and even placing additional stations because first guy hadn’t done it right. If we had another $1500 we’d change companies.

Frank and his team have been providing us excellent service for over 20 years. Whether it's an new or old house, he is able to quickly determine our pest control needs and efficiently remediate any situations that arise.

I’m not much of a “leave a review” type of person, but I do have to say that Mark Crow came out to do a job for one of my properties and he was very VERY profession, kind, an was super knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question that I had, and made sure that I was satisfied with everything! 10/10 ASK FOR MARK!!!

We have been using Russell Pest Control for 20 years. We have always been pleased with their service. They have sprayed monthly for insects, and checked if we felt we had any other potential problems. The service people are always prompt and efficient. For the past year and a half they have always worn a mask which we have certainly appreciated. We anticipate never needing any other pest control company.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
