Great office team and wonderful service professional. Very, very impressed. Went out of their way to accommodate my requirements. My sister recommended them, and though we don’t always agree, in this case she was right. I hadn’t really noticed any bugs other than gnats, which were driving me crazy, but in the next few days there were some dead bugs around so I was glad I called them. ...and no more gnats!

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Amazing service, Aldo was my tech and he was very knowledgeable and very professional.

They were supposed to remove skunks and other critters or rabbits digging under my house destroying my venting for my air-conditioning under the house they removed the skunks , dug a trench all around my house put wire mesh that was to keep the critters out, put a one way trap door which the door was never done clean and disinfect under the house which was not done. The dirt put back after trenching is pulling away from the sidewalk where they dug the trenches the dug up my water line didn't put it back. I have called and texted them about the problems and no reply. I wouldn't recommend them to any of my family or friends. They charge outrageous fees for not very good work. Over $5100.00 the wire mesh was to low and the critters are digging and getting back under the house so I can't get my venting fixed to cool my house. It's 84 degrees in here with the high Temps outside.

I have used other company’s in the past but when it comes to quality and peace of mind go no further!!! Green Arrow Pest has it all and the guy that came out took his time and made sure everything was in order and also made sure to check everywhere even the places I never even thought to look!!! If you want over priced and not good quality go somewhere else but if you want 100% customer service and top quality for your budget this is the place!!! I promise you won’t regret it my family and I are definitely going to use you again and thank you for coming out same day when we called and did charge for the extra rush.

I seen my grandmother was having an issue with bugs while I was visiting her, so I called BIO-Chem and they sent Kyle out. He was so nice and did his job very well. My grandmother loved him, he was very knowledgeable about his job. We would highly ask for him again if ever needed. Kyle thank you!!

We are super impressed with Green Magic Pest Control! We have been looking for a pest control company for quite some time. I reached out to a few companies via email and phone and never heard back. A colleague of mine referred us here and I contacted Green Magic that same day. I was contacted back within five minutes of calling and Matt was very helpful in explaining the services/pricing. We did our due diligence in asking a few friends and family members what they pay for their services with other companies and Green Magic is SUPER reasonable in comparison. They also offered us a discount for our initial service which I really appreciate. Matt was able to schedule us for service the day after inquiring. Thank god for that because our pest problem has gotten a bit out of control and we needed someone to come out here like, yesterday. Soren did an awesome job while he was at our home. He was very informative, thorough, and kind. He removed all of the webs around our house and sprayed both inside and outside. Super happy with Green Magic's communication and service. 10/10 would recommend.

our family has had Truforce services for about 3 years now. They are consistently great. When you call, you always end up speaking with someone friendly with great customer service skills. The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. If you need help quickly, they do their best to get someone out quickly. This company really knows what they are doing! Will always recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.

Our tech. Eric Carrier and all the techs. from Green Home I would highly recommend. I received a text prior to Eric’s arrival asking if we had any problem areas that needed addressed. When he arrived he alerted me he had been advised of my concerns and how he was going to treat for those insects. He followed up immediately after the treatment to find out if there is anything else he could help with

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.
