Best Thorough Inspection in Phoenix AZ

We had been fighting scorpions. We tried different exterminators and we told them if you can get rid of the scorpions they got our business. After testing several companies, we began Blue Sky and have been customers for over 15 years.

Tony was awesome! He was kind, professional, and thorough. We we definitely be using him again to take care of our home.

I am not in the habit of reviewing business much but I have to give Kudos to this one. I have been using Trojan for all my pest control and home inspections for several years. I have always found them to be honest and professional. I highly recommend them.

I found Uni-Tech on the Nextdoor app after many people referred them...and now I will! One of the owners, Steve, came to inspect my home for termites within 24 hours of me calling to make an appointment. He was prompt and answered my million questions and also explained termites to me since I have never dealt with them (turns out they are just eating my house and not living in it ?)...my heebie jeebies were eliminated!! I had read about the price of dealing with termites from other people that dealt with termites and when he gave me my quote I was so relieved as it was so budget friendly for me to get rid of these pests and protect my house for a two year warranty! I will say that I had a minor termite problem that was caught early enough to warrant the family friendly budget but they are still so competitive and friendly and worth working with! Jacob came about a week later and he answered even more questions and was prompt and friendly as well. Thanks Uni-Tech!

I TRIED to use this business. They were on BBB with A+ rating and very friendly when I called. Made an appt for between 7-9am. I let them know I had to leave to catch a flight by 10:30. They confirmed twice. No call, no show at 10:20am I call the main number and after telling them to please not show up because I need to leave (very politely even though very frustrated) - the guy hung up on me. Very disappointed to be steered wrong by BBB

We use Excel for our monthly pest control. Before being on a monthly schedule we had been seeing scorpions on the patio and a couple in the house. Since being in a regular schedule I haven’t seen any! Thank you Excel for taking care of these stinging pests! ❤️

What an incredibly professional group of experts this is! Aldo arrived promptly. He was joined by his partner Joe. They are ultimate professionals and experts in their field. Highly highly recommend to everyone!

First off, this place charges RIDICULOUS fees for not much work done. And their sales guy Scott did a terrible job going over the contract. I was under the impression the total charge was $1500. Turns out he didn’t even show me the other half of the charge so I get hit with another $1400 for “initial services”. These guys hardly did anything. They setup a trap, caught a baby bobcat, put it back then the bobcats left on their own. THEN they decided to just ignore me for 3 weeks and left the traps on the roof and never repaired the damage. So I had to call them multiple times to get them to come back out and finish the job that I over paid for. This has been a terrible experience and I WOULD NOT recommend their services at all to anyone. What a rip off.

The manager Isaiah called me and was very understanding about that $1500 charge that showed up on my credit card and he refunded it without any arguing and he was very professional during the call. Because of this I increased my rating from a 1 start to 3. I appreciate and recognize honesty and understanding, thank you Isaiah!

I highly recommend Green Arrow! I’m not always very impressed but this company is very professional, knowledgeable and the technician answered my many questions and I didn’t feel like I was taking too much time! Very thorough and conscientious with solutions that work! You won’t be disappointed by this company!!!

I seen my grandmother was having an issue with bugs while I was visiting her, so I called BIO-Chem and they sent Kyle out. He was so nice and did his job very well. My grandmother loved him, he was very knowledgeable about his job. We would highly ask for him again if ever needed. Kyle thank you!!

We are super impressed with Green Magic Pest Control! We have been looking for a pest control company for quite some time. I reached out to a few companies via email and phone and never heard back. A colleague of mine referred us here and I contacted Green Magic that same day. I was contacted back within five minutes of calling and Matt was very helpful in explaining the services/pricing. We did our due diligence in asking a few friends and family members what they pay for their services with other companies and Green Magic is SUPER reasonable in comparison. They also offered us a discount for our initial service which I really appreciate. Matt was able to schedule us for service the day after inquiring. Thank god for that because our pest problem has gotten a bit out of control and we needed someone to come out here like, yesterday. Soren did an awesome job while he was at our home. He was very informative, thorough, and kind. He removed all of the webs around our house and sprayed both inside and outside. Super happy with Green Magic's communication and service. 10/10 would recommend.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.

Very grateful and impressed for their help! They were much more cost effective and knowledgeable than any other place I called.
