Their work did nothing to stop our rodent problems. They just charged us a lot of money and still have not come back for their stuff

Lenny called back promptly to explain their process and to set up a time to give us an estimate. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Adam and the Bug Science team have been great to work with. They have been flexible, quick to respond to questions, and even early when we had appointments with them. Not only that, but they took care of the spiders and scorpions that we were seeing around out yard. Haven't seen any since Bug Science came out and sprayed!

Unfortunately, I had bed bugs at two different apartments with the same rental company. They didn't offer me any solutions, but luckily I found Action. They explained the process very simply, and we're prompt and professional in their execution. They supplied me with a one year guarantee and I never had a problem with bed bugs after they came in and did their heat treatment service. I would recommend them to anyone with an issue.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
