My interactions in person were great with the termite inspector and technician, but the office dropped the ball twice. The first time was when the first inspector called out sick and they couldn't get another appointment until later in the week. The second time was when the inspector said he would schedule the termite treatment for Wednesday, but when I called the day before my appointment to confirm it, they hadn't scheduled my appointment at all! They said they couldn't get anyone out to my house for another week. As frustrating as the cancelled appointments and failed appointment-making was, the termite technician, Martin, was knowledgeable and did the treatment as promised. If you're under warranty with TN and get termites they will treat it for free. From the time I discovered the termites myself and called the office for treatment it took 2.5 weeks to get a technician out to my home. It was a frustrating and ultimately relieving experience because they did follow through in the end.

We moved to the Phoenix area three years ago. Bugs and spiders were a fear of ours moving to the area. The first place we lived when we moved here was a nice resort style apartment place and they provided the extermination services through their vendor. We saw the occasional bug, spider, scorpion, etc. and thought, well, this is Phoenix. Late this spring, we moved to a house and decided on Bulwark based on a friend's recommendation. They came out and the first few days we saw a bunch of things scurry off and/or die. We have not seen anything since. What they did and continue to do has done the trick. Even as it gets cold out, nothing has made it into the warmth of our home. Greg is our tech and he is a great guy. He's friendly and does superb work. I would recommend him and Bulwark to anyone, especially those I care about.

No one loves too get bed bugs but we have encountered them twice. This place is family owned and operated so they can afford too give magnificent prices u won’t find cheap i high recommend this company I would give 10 stars if I could very friendly company

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

My house was infested with roaches everywhere, it was very embarrassing especially when I got guests in my house. My friend recommended me to ProActive pest control and they saved my life. It took some time to completely eradicate the roaches but that was expected since I was told from the onset that it was gonna take time. Today I am a happy mother and I can testify I have not seen any bug in my house in the last few months. Thank you Proactive team. I recommend them to anyone else in such a dilemma.

Termites keep coming back. They do spot treatment but not even 1month and they are back. I asked them to redo the trench with termidol around the house since whatever they are doing is not working and they refuse. The warranty is a joke.

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.
