Truly Nolan , in my opinion is the best technically, very professional, very effective and the personnel are among the veryy best in the Vally. I have live in the Scottsdale/Paradise area since 1969 and had a few experiences with various pest contrl organizations. I find TRULY to be the best in fact a numerical rarting is a 10 out of 1-10. Today, I received great service from Technician Nicholas Grasliak (spelling on the last name was not completely legible on the receipt). Nick was having a particularly difficult day with an unexpected flat tire. However, he was professional, courteous and friendly despite his unfortunate setback. He listened to my concerns before treating my property for ants and followed up on other pest mitigations.

No one loves too get bed bugs but we have encountered them twice. This place is family owned and operated so they can afford too give magnificent prices u won’t find cheap i high recommend this company I would give 10 stars if I could very friendly company

Still had termites and treatments didnt last. Poor work and they came back out to fix the termites and they still kept coming. I will never use them again. But they do answer in the office and seem to care but the work is bad

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.
