It's been about 2 months since I had AZ Heat Pest Services come out for bed bugs. Paul Porco came out to do an inspection and later came out to spray my home.
He was very friendly and professional. He explained the procedure, the guarantee and the cost thoroughly. There were no surprises. I am satisfied with the service. I have not seen any bed bugs in my home since it was sprayed.

I want to thank you for your wonderful service. Jahmaine came out to handle my gopher problem and he was most pleasant. He gave me a history lesson on gophers and there tunneling. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do and why. A week later he returned as promised and removed the pesty gopher and showed me the gopher’s claws for digging and his long teeth. I was overjoyed that he caught this gopher as I have been trying for months to get rid of this varmint. I am definetly going to call your company if I have any rodent, bug, pests, etc problems in the future. Thank you again for the quick, efficient service and what I thought very reasonable pricing. I had called another company and they were 3Xs the price. Watts is the way to go.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

They were quick to respond. I had people coming over that night. They were there within an hour and we're finished within 30 minutes. I will use them and refer them to all my friends. Thank you so much for what you did Charles and thank you to Patriotic Pest Control.

I am very thankful with Phoenix Pigeon Control Company,! We had pigeons on our roof top. They came out within a week and took care of all my problems. They are surprisingly cheap, and the whole process was pretty easy for me. They are swift and well founded. I'm so happy my pigeon troubles are over.
