Simply put, this is a good company to do business with. You get what is promised, when it is promised. We saw a mud tube in our house and called Bill's after finding them on Yelp.Note: Check out how several Elite Yelpers give them glowing reviews (always check how many reviews have been written by that user before granting too much credibility to a review).The woman who came out for a termite inspection and estimate actually called me 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know she may be a few minutes late. She arrived as promised and we received a written estimate and explanation of what would be done, what types of treatment would be used and what would be required from us (move some stuff in the garage, etc.). I felt the price was fair (not at all painful as I had feared). The day of the job, the crew arrived on time and worked as unobtrusively as possible. It's been a few weeks and we haven't seen any more evidence of termites but they do warranty their work, so I am not concerned. And speaking of warranties, no worries about them closing up and opening anew under a different name, voiding the warranty. This is a local company that's been here for years under the same name (I verified this on the Secretary of State website). If you want a company that will value your time and does excellent work at a fair price, Bill's is for you. I would recommend Bill's services to anyone.

I moved here from the Pacific NW a little less than a year ago. I had been warned about the creepy crawlies in Arizona and several people recommended contracting with an exterminator. Sure enough, we began seeing scorpions, beetles and roaches not long after moving in. I contacted Insectek based on their positive reviews and have been with them since. Adam Mackey is always on time, professional and most importantly, leaves us bug free. I would recommend Insectek (and Adam) to anyone in need of their services.

If you are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL pest control company, this is it! They use only organic and natural products which means any animals and birds eating dead bugs don't get sick or die themselves. They come to my house every other month for treatment. And, in between treatments, if there is a problem, they return free of charge! They go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. Justin is my regular guy and he is fantastic! He not only takes care of everything, but he also educated me on what is causing some of the issues I was having (what to do and not do). Justin also even came in my house to check something out for me. He consistently goes above and beyond!

Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.

I called them and made an appointment for them to come out to my house. They didn’t come, so I called and set another appointment, which they did come to. They set a few traps around the house and said there were a few points of entry. No rodents were caught and I had to ask them to come out again. They set some more traps. This was at least a week before Christmas and I haven’t heard from them since. I still have an infestation of rodents. All this for $250.
