Dave is great, our tech has been with us 4 or 5 years. He's on time, does a thorough job and keeps us informed of any potential problems. We've used Citywide for over 25 years, always had friendly and competent service. Also use for termites.

Extremely friendly, very courteous, and then a real professional

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
