I'll be the first to say my wife and I have very high standards with any vendor or contractor we hire, and AZ Organics has only exceeded our expectations! Colton has been servicing our property for over 3 years now and has always been timely, courteous and responsive to any pest issues we've had. We've recommended AZ Organics to all of our friends who wants a healthier alternative to companies using harsh chemicals in their pest treatment. These guys are the best!! And Colton is super knowledgeable about all things related to pest control!

After the last really heavy rain we noticed Termite tubes going up our bedroom wall and hanging from our ceiling... our friend sent me a photo of a business card for James Kelton at Western Exterminator Company...James Kelton was our first contact at Western Exterminator. He put us in contact with Jorge Arredondo, who did our termite inspection. An estimate was presented right away and we agreed to the Long Term Baiting system rather than spraying because we have pets including young kittens and were concerned about the effect of spraying on them. Treatment was scheduled within a few days, with payment to be tendered, by check, on the day installation was done. Installation was scheduled, between 11am and 1 pm... and at 1:30 the technician was not here, nor had he called. I immediately called Jorge and he had Aston Koller-maki call me back and update me on his estimated arrival time. Ashton called me right away, stated he was stuck in freeway construction traffic, but was on the way. Note: we live west of Buckeye, AZ... way out in Tonopah, AZ. Ashton, arrived, immediately started installing the underground baiting stations on the outside of our house, and then installed the baiting stations inside, even finding one new tube and treating it as well.Jorge told us that he or another Technician would be back out in 6 months to remove the inside baiting stations, and check the outside baiting stations. The outside baits would be checked every 6 months for as long as we extended our Service Contract.All three of the Gentlemen from Western Exterminator were very ProfessionalInformativeEffecientEasy to work withTim and Marty Ayers

Chris Krchnavy came out the day we called, closely inspected our bedroom, advised us that we didn't have bedbugs and wouldn't recommend any treatment without finding bugs. He was professional, thorough, educational, and obviously very honest. He answered all of our questions, made recommendations, and was very nice. After spending all that time with us, there was no charge. I'm confident that if we ever need his help, Arizona Heat Pest will do an excellent job!

Excellent company! I can't stress it enough. My wife and I have been battling rats for months. We hired other companies but none of them could resolve our problem. We called Critter Ridder and Jason came out to our home and quickly found the problem. He had his technicians get right to work and after a few of days (and many captured rats), we are delighted to say we no longer have any rats issues! Thank you Critter Ridder for an outstanding job.

We live in Glendale and have had issues with Scorpions since we purchased over 7 years ago. Over the last year we have worked with Ryan on our scorpion issue. Ryan suggested a product called Aversion. It is like a glass coating that is applied to the perimeter of your house outside and makes it impossible for scorpions to crawl up your foundation thus not being able to get into your house. It is a wonderful product and has made our home life so much better. Thank you Ryan for working with us and finding this solution.

EDIT: Increased to 2 stars. After a few months, was eventually able to get a manager over to the property who was able to find some failures in the initial exclusion work that was done. That was rectified fairly quickly, and worked! The rat problem was finally taken care of, and they haven't been back for months. Still very expensive for the quality of service. Would recommend searching elsewhere

It is almost unspeakable how poor my interaction has been with this company. To start, their prices are astronomical. If you think you are paying a premium for a quality service like I did, think again.

I utilized there services for roof rat exclusion, baiting, and trapping. First they charged $1000 over the signed contract price and took 3 weeks of phone calls to reverse the charges. Next, they have a supposed contractual guarantee to do more work if their services do not exclude the rats from the attic. I am now two months into their initial work with just as much rat activity as ever. However, what's changed is that I cannot actually get someone out to do more work. For weeks I've been passed around from agent to agent and mostly ignored.

The level of unprofessional behavior combined with their costs are borderline criminal. I'm just trying to decide if I should eat my costs and move on to a company that will actually do the work, continue trying to work with this company in futility, or see if there is a legal avenue to compel them to uphold the contract.

I beg whoever reads this to please believe the 1-star reviews on here. Don't find yourself in the same position as me.

Pest control services have been consistently reliable for over a decade. Technicians are prompt, knowledgeable and polite.

There was a minor reoccurring insect issue at my home, and Bug Guardian was a more affordable quote than other companies in town. There was ZERO upsell which is good, because most of the time you think you're being sold things you do not need.

When you see companies have 5 stars, you tend to think it's fake, but these guys did a great job for me at a great price and are the real deal. I haven't had any issues since they came. So hope it helps others when deciding which pest control company to go with. Thanks.

I loved this company because it killed crickets, scorpions and black widows outside my home. The company is really responsible. The cost is affordable.
