I did a lot of research before choosing to go with Insectek Pest Solutions, and their reviews were overwhelmingly positive and my experience today was no less than what I expected.From the get go, the team at Insectek was wonderful at answering all my questions via email (I have 4 kids and sometimes a phone call is just not possible!) and I found their rate to be super fair & affordable! They were able to come out to my home quickly after I inquired which was really nice as well!Matt showed up earlier than I expected him which is always nice to have things done sooner rather than later!I explained to him that we've seen the occasional cockroach in our bathrooms but that I'd seen them in our cabinets and one in the garage and that's why I called, because I was over it even seeing them!He took a look at our bathroom construction and explained that they're attracted to dark and damp areas and so that's why we're mostly seeing them in the bathrooms and that he was not only going to spray all the areas in and around my house, yard and garage but also put a powder down my drains to kill any living in there and traps in our garage where they could be coming in or hanging out.I appreciated his knowledge, friendliness and not just doing the bare minimum! I'm excited to no longer have a pest control problem and grateful for their service!

I'm getting a great value for my money and my home is free of pests. Occasionally, I may find a dead spider outside my door, but that's as far as they get. Every time I've interacted with the pest control company, they have been professional and helpful. I'm very grateful for their services.

There was a minor reoccurring insect issue at my home, and Bug Guardian was a more affordable quote than other companies in town. There was ZERO upsell which is good, because most of the time you think you're being sold things you do not need.

When you see companies have 5 stars, you tend to think it's fake, but these guys did a great job for me at a great price and are the real deal. I haven't had any issues since they came. So hope it helps others when deciding which pest control company to go with. Thanks.

our family has had Truforce services for about 3 years now. They are consistently great. When you call, you always end up speaking with someone friendly with great customer service skills. The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. If you need help quickly, they do their best to get someone out quickly. This company really knows what they are doing! Will always recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.

I bought a new house from a builder for which they did the plumbing installation. Their plumbing services are bad on so many levels:

My tankless water heater that Younger Brothers installed went out on a Thursday and I called Younger Brothers. They never called back — not even for an “emergency” repair. I finally got a hold of someone on Monday. At first they said it was not covered under warranty even though I had just moved into the house, and then when I explained the situation, they realized they had to cover it for another year. Their installers never connected the condensation drain to the unit during the installation. They scheduled the service appointment finally for the following Tuesday to finish their faulty installation. This is absolutely the worst customer service imaginable.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
